Great place to stay if you are headed to the airport the following day.
Pros:

Yes, airport shuttle was super convenient. The included breakfast was a nice touch.

Cons:

Hotel rooms in Europe are typically small and with 4 adults and luggage it can sometimes be a bit crowded. Still, for a one night stay this was pretty close to perfect.

Pros:

Ottima posizione molto vicino all’aeroporto di Malpensa.
Struttura accogliente e molto curata, e’ dotata di un bellissimo giardino e di un ottimo ristorante.
Personale gentile molto professionale, in particolare la ragazza, non italiana, del ristorante, che ci accolto con calore e gentilezza, mettendoci subito a nostro agio.
Ottimo il ristorante dell’hotel.

Would do it again.

I arrived in Malpensa at 9pm, did not have a SIM card and using wifi contacted the hotel via WhatsApp (it's the same landline number that shows in the website, just add it on WhatsApp and it shows in your contact list). They quickly told me where to wait for the shuttle. Then they picked me up and that was it. Very good experience.

The hotel itself has all the amenities of a business hotel. Comfy bed, a tv, a small fridge and quiet environment. Good for staying the night before or after a flight as it is roughly 10-12 minutes from the airport .

Recommended.

Cons:

The shuttle driver at night was top class. But in the morning it was a different driver and upon arriving at Malpensa he decided that Terminal 1 had too much traffic (all passengers, including myself, were going to Terminal 1) so he decided on his own to find a different route to another location that was not Terminal 1 (at least there was no sign suggesting that) but within the airport complex . No explanation was given, just leave the shuttle.

Yes, obviously, if you are dropped within the airport grounds you will find Terminal 1 eventually, and I did, but the arbitrary move without any communication and based on his personal assessment was an unnecessary flaw given that the previous driver and the hotel staff were outstanding. Also, I had sufficient time to walk and look at signs to find my way to the terminal but some people might be on a tight schedule, or extra luggage , or kids. So there is no need for this inconvenience.

This criticism involves that driver only. All other experiences with the hotel were outstanding.

Ok for one night

The 1970s spaceship architecture and interiors. Comfortable bed although the room was crowded

Cons:

This was the result of Booking.com sneaking in a deal into my page while I was actually booking a different hotel. One which I chose specifically because it has a restaurant that caters to coeliac people. My fault I was not paying attention, but also sneaky tactics. So i did not like the two flight of stairs to get to reception in an hotel built to cater to people who want to sleep near the airport and travel with luggage. I did not like that I had to walk elsewhere to have a meal. I did not like the tiny and clunky shower. I did not like the attitude of one staff, which I can only describe as sniggering through politeness, as if I was a stupid old woman interrupting something important. It’s their job.
