В отеле достаточно чисто.

Cons:

Не работал фен , я сообщила об этом сотруднику клининга, она обещала пригласить мастера, спустя сутки никто так и не пришел .
Звонила на ресепшен , просила утюг - сказали , что сейчас принесут , но никто так и не пришел . Я ходила по этажу и спрашивала где взять утюг у сотрудника клининга . Оказалось , что на этаже была гладильная доска и утюг (старая доска в чехле и старый утюг с перемотанным проводом).
Заказала салат цезарь на ужин - принесли огромную тарелку листьев салата, перемешанных с майонезом и сверху куски мяса и сыра . Это было невкусно , пришлось половину оставить, съесть только мясо.

Отель старый , не соответствует 4*, максимум 3*. Вся сантехника старая , унитаз в застарелых потеках на керамике , нету нормальной полки для шампуней в душевой . Замок в номере от карты не работал, открывали дверь ключом. Как-то все тяп-ляп.
Сотрудники не приветливые , не здороваются и, уж тем более , не улыбаются )) им бы пройти обучение . Да и в целом , отелю нужно заменить управляющего (Основная задача управляющего — обеспечить бесперебойную работу отеля как единого организма, где каждое подразделение функционирует слаженно и эффективно. - в этом отеле этого не чувствуется ).
Спасибо , что хотя бы было чисто.
Принадлежности в номере эконом класса отсутствовали , их предлагалось купить отдельно комплект стоил около 6000 amd.
В Москве у отелей 4* сервис гораздо выше .

Pros:

отель хорошо расположен, перед входом есть небольшая парковка (ее невозможно забронировать, но нам повезло и место было). в отеле дружелюбный персонал и круглосуточная стойка регистрации.
номер не новый, но чистый и аккуратный. внезапным бонусом оказался балкон, которого не было на фото.

Cons:

не всегда хорошо работал отельный вайфай, на одно из полотенец была дырка.
