Pequenos detalhes para ser uma estadia nota 10. Mas ficamos muito satisfeitos com os dias aqui. Em especial a gentileza

Gentileza dos funcionários, tamanho do quarto e banheiro, localização, limpeza.

Cons:

Cama já pode ser trocada, está afundando. Travesseiros também já muito velhos e moles. Chuveiro poderia ser mais quente, saiamos do banho com muito frio.

Got a special price so I think it was a good value for NYC.

Could not put rooms near each other even waiting until 4 pm check-in.
Could hear hallway noise in the morning
It wasn’t as close as I thought to the A train subway station.

Pros:

Wir waren mit allem sehr zufrieden, Zimmer sehr gross (eher selten für New York), sehr sauber, Tee, Wasser, Kaffee im Zimmer, wurde sehr zuverlässig aufgefüllt, schönes Badezimmer, top Lage, direkt am Central Park, mehrere U-Bahn-Stationen sehr gut erreichbar, Frühstücksmöglichkeiten sehr gut zu Fuss erreichbar (besonders empfehlenswert "Le pain quotidien")

The location is perfect, steps to Central Park, 10 minutes to MoMA, 15-20 minutes to Rockefeller Center and other attractions. We liked our room; it was clean and spacious. Complimentary bottled water was a nice touch. Everyday cleaning was great; you feel welcomed each time you return from your walk. You don't hear noise from the street, and it has a great modern air-conditioning system.

Cons:

Very noisy in the morning. We came for a 1-week vacation from the West Coast and didn't want to start our day early due to jet lag. However, staff woke us up every day at 8 am when they loudly discussed their plan for the day, laughing and chatting. It was especially unpleasant to wake up from their loud voices near our door on my birthday on Monday..

Also, we missed a kettle in the room to make tea in the morning. The coffee machine didn't make clean hot water. It was nice to have complimentary coffee and hot water downstairs, but unfortunately, reception put it away at 10 am.

Reception staff forgot to tell us about the restaurant onsite, and we couldn't use the promotion when we had dinner there.

Pros:

Nagyon elégedettek voltunk a szállodával. Az elhelyezkedése kiváló, gyalogosan könnyen elérhető a Central Park, számos színház, még a Times Square is valamint több metróállomás és egyéb tömegközlekedési lehetőség. A környéken rengeteg étterem, kávézó és bolt található, így minden kéznél van.

A személyzet végig rendkívül kedves és segítőkész volt. Külön pozitívum a csomagmegőrzés lehetősége, ami érkezéskor és távozáskor is nagyon praktikus. A hotelben lift működik, ami szintén kényelmes.

A szobánk a 11. emeleten volt, így meglepően csendes volt a környék nyüzsgéséhez képest. A szobából kilátás nyílt a utcára, ami még kellemesebbé tette az itt tartózkodást.

9,5 -öt adtam volna, de nincs. :)

Cons:

Olyan nincs ami nem tetszett, egyetlen negatívumként talán az említhető, hogy Hilton szállodához méltóan nem olcsó, de összességében úgy éreztük, hogy teljes mértékben megérte az árát. A kiváló elhelyezkedés, a kényelmes szoba, a kedves személyzet és a környék adottságai miatt bátran ajánlom mindenkinek, aki New Yorkban szeretne megszállni.
