breakfast was not very good, room kitchen was not good enough to cook, overall price was expensive for what it was. Parking was expensive.

That we had to pay for parking it was not listed on their website anywhere that parking is extra. We paid an extra $60 for two nights which I think is ridiculous, especially since they did not tell us. Therefore, it became an extra expense that should not have happened.

The room was not perfectly clean (some hair in the shower), the staff was nice but i had to ask for some stuff that were not in the room twice. Although the price is good for the location, they get you with quite high parking fee.

The only thing I am not fond about is the parking fees. This should be included.

The breakfast options were there, but i felt it could have been better.
There can form a huge line in the buffet, that can and should be managed better.
Paying for Parking, i feel that is unnecessary, especially if you as a hotel has one.
The cost of the parking is to high, just add it to the room price, do not make your customer pay it separately.
Not being able to pay Cash ! Orlando or any place for that matter, we should never go to a cashless world.

Didn’t like that the room was only made once during our stay, didn’t like the breakfast food was cold and they didn’t use the waffle machine, which was one of the good parts about the hotel was was the waffle machine. While swimming in their pool, very unfortunate, but the pool was found that it had poop in it.. came back from Seaworld with the family expecting to be able to feed them but the restaurant at the bar which we thought was going to be open since it was a bar closed by the time we got back from Seaworld so I had to order in Pizza. Was very disappointed that our room was only made up once in our stay we asked the front desk and they said that they only make up rooms every other day. I like a clean room to come back to every morning was not informed of that they only clean your room and make your beds every other day.

- Het water van de douchekraan was koud. Van de badkraan gewoon goed warm. Dit zijn we wezen melden. Er moest een monteur komen om het te maken. Helaas dus niet warm kunnen douchen in de ochtend, maar pas in de middag.
- Bij het in de rij staan bij het ontbijt waren er meerdere producten (zoals het ei) op en stond je daar in een rij op te wachten.
- Handdoeken die gebruikt waren, zijn keurig weggehaald. Maar deze zijn niet vervangen, waardoor we geen schone handdoeken hadden. Deze zijn we zelf wezen vragen.
- 1 nacht konden we niet slapen door harde muziek van buiten. Mijn man is zijn bed uit gegaan in de nacht om te onderzoeken waar het harde geluid vandaan kwam. Hij is toen in de nacht naar de balie gegaan om te klagen. De muziek bij het zwembad was niet uitgezet.

We hebben hier 2 nachten geslapen, maar het was geen pretje op deze manier. Bij het uitchecken hebben we geklaagd over het totaal van ons verblijf. Alles was al bekend omdat we steeds tussendoor naar de balie zijn geweest. Als compensatie hebben we onze parkeerkosten teruggekregen.

Mocht je zoeken naar een fijn hotel waarbij je rustig kunt slapen en kunt douchen met handdoeken, dan zou ik niet hierheen gaan. Jammer want dit kan beter met wat aanpassingen.

Frühstück etwas chaotisch, um 9:00 Uhr schon zu Ende. Neue Parkgebühren, die man zusätzlich zahlen musste. Das Zimmer lag in einer viehbefahrenen Straße. Den Lärm konnte man schon etwas hören.
