IT SUCKED HAVING TO GET OUT EARLY TO THE BALLPARK AND NO BREAKFAST>
Pros:

This is the problem as this is the first courtyard I have ever stayed at that did not have breakfast. When I reserved my room it had a picture of a beautiful breakfast that stated it was included with the room.

At checkin I asked where breakfast would be served and times???? Was immediately without hesitation that this Courtyard did not serve breakfast. I showed the a picture of the Breakfast meal associated with my purchase and was told NO>

It was ok,ive stayed here 3 times and unfortunantly iyhis time will be my last
Pros:

Room smelled bad, water heater wasnt working for the first hr(no warm water to shower for a bit)

Cons:

Front desk staff was pretty bad(i used to work front desk at a Residence Inn) we would always greet any and all guest , we were never on our phone infront of guest.

Hola. Gracias por la atención del personal. Lo que más me gustó fue exactamente eso, y sobre todo la atención del caballero del restaurante, en el desayuno, fue muy amable con mi familia y conmigo, Dios lo bendiga. En general, muy buena atención de todos, el desayuno excelente! y la habitación estaba bien, limpia y agradable, un buen precio. Gracias por todo.

Cons:

Que en la recepción se aseguren de la compra en línea que hizo el cliente. Nos tocó buscar la reserva para demostrar que la compra incluía los desayunos de todos, fue un poco incómodo porque no nos creyeron, ni nos dieron las tarjetas completas hasta que no buscamos la reserva y lo demostramos. De resto, todo estuvo bien. Gracias!
