Never going back there again.
Pros:

The staff at the front desk were nice.

Cons:

The bathroom was absolutely disgusting. First of all, there was no shower curtain for the shower. The tiled bathroom floor had black dirt embedded between the tiles. There was a huge spider in the corner. The small bathroom looked like a crime scene. It was so gross that I barely slept and we checked out at 6am.

Pros:

Didn’t have breakfast because I had surgery scheduled in the morning.

Cons:

Thermostat didn’t work right; tub didn’t drain well when I took my shower; I was up to my ankles with soapy water.

I like the staff I like the person his name was I believe his name is Ralph I'm not sure but he had tattoos on his face very professional very knowledgeable and very respectful the way that he carried himself was like a manager I don't know if that's what he was but I appreciate the kindness and respectfulness that he presented. The only thing that I didn't like was when I called to book directly to you guys the young lady name Aaliyah she didn't treat me like I was a member of your establishment very short very inconsiderate of how I felt that I wasn't treated fairly with the rate that she tried to charge me so I went through a third party and got my room $70 cheaper and I told her that she should be able to give me a better rate and then she hung up pretty rudely when I told her that I would go through a third party. Anyways the night shift person that checked me in very respectfully and represented your hotel establishment in a professional way. Also a good morning person that was at the front desk was a gentleman I didn't get his name he represented your establishment in a very professional way also so I did feel very satisfied with the two gentlemen that I dealt with and I will use your establishment in the future. But by me being a member I should have been treated with the rates Fair and that's not what happened. The morning, gentleman that was there made sure that I got my breakfast at the breakfast bar because I had a difficult time trying to redeem my breakfast that I paid for but he went over and made

sure that they took care of me I thought that was very professional and I really appreciate that jester.

Cons:

The room smelled extremely musty and the air was sticky. Windows were locked so we couldn’t get fresh air. Within an hour we decided we couldn’t stay there and went to the front desk to ask for a refund then had to have a long back and forth with them and Booking.com.
