The shower was nice and clean. I liked the soaps and lotions.
Everything felt like a money grab and service was pretty impersonal. No one at the front desk told me I qualified for a free hotel breakfast with my room when I checked in. The breakfast host was vague about needing a “coupon” and when I said I didn’t have one they told me it would be $16. Instead, I turned around and checked with the front desk and I did qualify. Signage and communication were vague and seemed like a money grab. I also felt pressured into adding gratuity for the server/busser, which I didn’t mind doing but sort of defeats the purpose of free breakfast. The food was 4/10. The waffle was good, kind of miss the DIY waffle maker experience though. There were two $3 deer park water bottles in our room. The water from the faucet was not drinkable (tasted mildewy). The nearest potable drinking water was in the lobby which was irritating for such an expensive hotel. The indoor pool was overheated. It felt like 90 degrees. Like a hot tub without jets. Which was not a huge deal but also not pleasant. This was an $80-100 hotel experience, not $200. It’s way overpriced, particularly since they wanted to charge extra for everything.
Room was clean. And bed was comfortable
Body wash was out and did not get replaced . Breakfast was not good for having to pay extra for it and parking sucked
Good and clean
Nothing
We had an excellent stay and would definitely return! The hotel was beautiful, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the location was perfect with easy walkability to many downtown attractions, restaurants, and shops.
One of our favorite features was the convenience store in the lobby. It offered a great variety of items, including fresh baked goods, which I personally have never seen before. Overall, a fantastic experience from start to finish. We look forward to staying here again on our next visit!
Nothing!
Most comfortable bed I've ever slept in.
I like that it was close to the Aquarium and that we could walk to dinner. Breakfast at the hotel was very good.
I would like a bigger pool.
Breakfast was fine. Had to wait over 30 minutes for a luggage cart to get into my room ..too few carts and poorly managed. I finally found one on the 5th floor on my own.
See comments about luggage carts above.
Clean, quiet, great location
The AC didnt seem to run correctly. The sleeper sofa was not comfortable
