The space was ok

Cons:

Music was too loud at reception. Light over kitchen stayed on all night. TV reception was poor and main commercial stations did not work. Toilet seat was broken and toilet door was jammed. Not worth the money

So noisy. Our apartment appeared to be over some sort of venue. People came outside of the venue and were so loud, room wasn’t very sound proof. Did need to take luggage up stairs and was a bit of a “rabbit warren” to get to

Spacious Room in a Fantastic Location
Pros:

We had a fantastic five nights in a three bedroom apartment. It was extremely spacious and had a full kitchen and washer and dryer. The location was amazing. You could walk to most landmarks or take the free trolley almost anywhere. Would definitely stay here again in Melbourne.

Excellent location
Pros:

Location was excellent. Everything was in walking distance, this included, theatres, restaurants, shopping, trams, train station, botanic gardens, river. I would definitely stay here again for the amazing location. The apartment was very spacious, beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed for our stay.

Friendly staff, clean rooms and outstanding location.
Pros:

There was an issue with our bathroom door being locked and the staff were extremely helpful in fixing the issue and giving us a bottle of wine and late checkout.

Love this place and will definitely stay again.

Will be great when the second lift is fixed.
