La comida está buenísima, muy buena calidad de los productos y unos postres caseros espectaculares, ha sido increíble.

Pros:

Location is excellent,great choice of food ,and plenty sunbeds available.

Cons:

I was very very ill for 2-3 days and asked at dining room for a pot of tea as I couldnt eat dinner due to illness and I was refused I didnt thing it was a major request I was a returning customer having stayed in this hotel on several occasions.Also it would be nice to have a kettle in room.

Pros:

As a solo traveller it is nice to be met on arrival with a warm welcome which is what i got. Easy check in.
Dining,bar and cleaning staff were friendly and efficient doing a difficult job.
I am looking forward to my next trip.

Cons:

There was nothing to dislike.

•sheets changed regularly
•lady who cleaned our room was excellent
•Staff at reception particularly on arrival and departure very cordial and gracious unlike previous holidays
• Hotel very convenient and accessible to other venues

Cons:

• The first morning after arrival we went for breakfast. We got confused with the time so arrived about 10 minutes early. One of the waiters raised her voiced and said "are you for early flight" when we said no he indicated for us to leave. Only for one of the managers being courteous and allowed us to stay it could have been a disaster!

• On another occasion while ordering 2 drinks the waiter only put down one. While I waited for him to put the second drink on the electronic pad he became impatient, raised his voice and scribbled a signature! Eventually he entered the second drink and I signed for it. I understood perfectly what I needed to do but he 'lost' his patience with him. It was not a nice situation to be in, in front of other guests!

I have to this hotel many time but it has really gone down hill. Reception staff not very helpful.

Pros:

I have stayed in this hotel several times before. As a person staying on my own i felt very safe as i felt staff were very aware of guests situation like my own.i was not happy with my room

Cons:

I was not happy with my room situation as i could not sit out on balcony to read around 5pm as sun shone directly on my balcony area and i found this uncomfortable.
Also i would have prefered a sea view as i had in previous years and which i also requested for this hol.

Pros:

Very clean , room bit outdated could do with an update. Cleaning staff excellent. Mauros in bar not very nice he needs smile be more friendly to people on holidays spending money. Reception good too

Cons:

I did not like the fact I asked on numerous occasions about a late check out as we had late evening flight, kept been told we wouldn't be told till Friday morning when no call came we just checked out , but once at reception they informed us we could stay but this was too late at this stage we had made other arrangements. They should let you no in your room the morning at your check-out.
