A relaxing, fun holiday with plenty for us to do as a family, we all had a great time!
Pros:

Great selection of food in the restaurant. Very relaxing hotel with good facilities. Great location, lots to do and highly recommend it.

Great value for money, the staff goes above and beyond to satisfy the guests!
Pros:

The best holiday ever! It's our 14th time to return to this hotel. We missed only the 2020, during the pandemic (since the first time we discovered this hotel - back in 2011). What better way to celebrate my 65th birthday!

Excellent location, food, ambiance and staff
Pros:

Great choice of breakfast items, fresh and well presented

Cons:

This was our 3rd return visit and bit disappointed that we didn't get the complimentary extras that we heard a lot of people mentioning.

Idyllic getaway close to the airport

Excellent as always. 5th time back to san Antonio. Aqua aerobics, best food on the Island, beach.. amazing.

Cons:

One of us had a stomach bug for a few days but tha. Wasn't the hotels fault I'm sure.
