Room was fabulous and the cleaning staff are exemplary but the staff at reception leave a lot to be desired.
There is one mature lady there who has no social graces whatsoever and can be extremely rude. The men at reception are very helpful. We have stayed there many times , mainly because it isn't too far from the airport.

Cons:

The food is not of great quality either and sometimes the dinner can be very cold. I complained about this when I was there in October 2025 a tall rangy English chef came to me and just said casually that it was just unfortunate that my food was cold. In other words he could not care less! Very impressive!!
It is a very expensive hotel but the bar staff are so nice and the entertainment can be excellent some evenings and drinks are quite reasonably priced.Also the cocktails are lovely. Breakfast was excellent , especially the omelettes.

💯Needs up dating , sunbed uncomfortable Food breakfast the scrambled egg was runny and undercooked bacon was undercooked no teaspoons laid out on the table or dessert spoons for evening meals had to rely on the soup spoons or ask for them

Staff were lovely, facilities and entertainment were great, looking forward to our next stay ☺️
Pros:

The breakfast was lovely, there was so much variety. The location was prefect. The evening entertainment was suited to all age groups.

Beautiful relaxing stay but don’t bother with anything else except bed and breakfast.
Pros:

The outdoor facilities were really lovely and the scenery was beautiful. You can see they have invested in the outdoors. Although there are some tiles missing in the bottom of the top pool and some sunbeds were broken but all in all very good.

Cons:

The indoors is very very dated and full of mahogany which made me feel like I was on the titanic. The staff were hard to understand, some were miserable and some made me feel really uncomfortable like walking past our table and touching items on it for no reason and looked at us in an odd way making us feel very awkward.
