Pros:

Location was amazing, staff was very nice, they comped our parking, and gave us a nice high level room.

Cons:

The pool was lacking, the street noise was pretty loud in the rooms even on the 5th floor, and there was a concert that we could hear until midnight.

Not bad, not great.
Pros:

Location was great! Easy walk to restaurants and the downtown park.

Cons:

1. The bed was hard and lumpy, but they were in the process of changing out the mattresses while we stayed there. 2. The bedside table lamps were not functioning correctly. 3. The toilet needs work. Kept having to jiggle the handle to get it to stop running.

Excellent location if you going to the gateway arch. Parking was good and plenty. Location is near a
lot of restaurants. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel is very beautiful and beds are comfy.

Loud street noise at night - did not get restful sleep. Pool was okay. Would've been nice to have breakfast at discounted rate through booking.com - family who booked directly through hotel got a discount at least

Staff was exceptional. Friendly faces, easy to talk too and amazing moods from all staff. Absolutely amazing. If we needed help? They were happy to due so. We let staff know it was out anniversary and they happily paid for our car parking and gave us free beverages! It couldnt have gotten better than that. We even offered to help out since they were so nice. Amazing experience. 10/10

My first choice in Omaha.
Pros:

Clean. Great location. Easy walk to park and restaurants. Parking is very convenient and secure. Easy access to luggage carts. Friendly staff. Your $10 Diamond credit will not go far but it is nice to have the choice of ways to spend. Both the restaurant and market could use better continental breakfast options. The fitness center was super warm and they had a fan going to help. The peloton worked. There is a great deal of traffic and construction noise outside.

Hotel Bar made the trip!
Pros:

Great experience at the hotel. The lounge was nice to have located inside with the bar. Michael and Liz took great care of us during ourday and we’re very pleasant to talk to throughout the week. Really enjoyed the evenings because of them.
