El servicio de Luisa que nos servía el café y estuvo pendiente durante el buffet. Y Karen quien nos atendio muy bien y nos preparó los huevos al gusto .

Cons:

Lentos para recoger los platos de la mesa que se iban desocupando. Y el balet parking se equivocó 2 en ocaciones de carro

El momento de llegada en recepción nos tardaron una hora y cuarto para que nos dieran la habitación porq según no la tenían preparada, la comida del restaurante Enel bufet no había mucha variedad y cuando fuimos a comer que ralan las 10 ya casi no había nada de fruta y ni carnes rojas, y otra no nos dieron los artículos de la mascota que dicen que dan lo bueno q nosotros llevamos y que nos cobraron el estacionamiento

La habitación nunca la barrieron.
Fuimos por un torneo de fútbol y en los 3 días los cachorros de caucho ahí se quedaron...
La mesita ni un trapo le pasaron. El primer día la manche de café y si se quedó hasta que yo lo limpié con una servilleta húmeda, igual que las morunas de caucho que las "barrimos" a una esquinita.
El pasillo de la habitación al elevador tuvo 2 basuritas de las bolsitas de popote los 3 días... Ahí, decorando.
