Pros:

They were very flexible. We left the luggage before the check-in. We have a person with a foot injured, and they accommodated us on the ground floor.

The rooms and the way to the rooms is dirty , all doors and walls are stained and I was going to take it but then a mouse in my room was too much had to ask to cancel my booking which manager did do trough booking but he made me pay cash for the night that I stayed were I couldn’t even sleep because of the mouse

Die Lage war recht gut. Gut mit der Straßenbahn zu erreichen.

Cons:

Alles! Eine verranzte, runtergekommene Siffbude, die nicht im Geringsten den Bildern auf Booking.com entspricht. Kein Aufzug und Treppen so schmal, dass man kaum mit dem Koffer hochkommt. Keine Klimaanlage, dafür ein kleiner Ventilator, der kaum Abhilfe schafft. Ein Dachlicht im Badezimmer, so zugeschissen mit Taubenkot, dass permanent der Dreck in der Dusche lag. Das ganze Haus ist mit einem verdreckten Teppichboden ausgelegt, der überall extrem fleckig ist und sicher seit 20 Jahren nicht mehr gereinigt, geschweige denn mal gewechselt wurde. Einziger Lichtblick war das Personal, dass teilweise sehr hilfsbereit war. Ich kann von diesem Establishment nur abraten.

was good for the one night i stayed but not convienient for more days
Pros:

it was clean. it was in good location, and it had a electric kettle to make a coffee or tea.

Cons:

it was the smallest room i have ever been in a hotel with a width about 2,2 meters as i measured it, and there was no sound proof it had wooden walls and doors. Also my room was on the 2nd floor and You had to climb the stairs with very narrow steps (the old Dutch ones).

Good neighborhoods stay on city break
Pros:

It was conveniently located by Tran stop , loads of bars and restaurants and the park was nearby. The check in reception was good and we were well received. Maps and discounts codes were plenty at reception.

Cons:

No air con during a heatwave. We had a balcony and large window but I had to assemble the fan to make the room bearable. Room was large but bed access was blocked by window and door.
