Proximity to hospital can’t be beat
If I could give a minus 10 I would. This Hotel was unprofessional. 4 people checked in, it was clear that we would pay a night each or accommodation. At the time that was no issue, they took our passports and bank cards and received all the information that was required.
I got back to Australia, they decided on their on accord that they would charge my credit card for the entire stay, this was not agreed on. They were contacted and did refund quickly. I happened to look at my statement and they had taken out another $530, these transactions were not approved by me nor did they reach out to us to explain the situation. Several messages were left on the hotel voicemail with no response. All these charges on my card incur a international transaction fee that I have now cover. They way they have handled this is completely inappropriate and creates unnecessary financial stress on myself. You have no right to use my card however you like!!
Great experience. Loved the room and especially appreciated the warmth and helpfulness of Angel at the front desk. I will definitely be back.
We stayed here when I was running the Boston Marathon. Everyone was so welcoming, kind and generous, especially Noah the manager and the restaurant staff. The rooms were a good size, spotlessly clean, and had all the facilities we needed. Location was OK - about 2miles to the city centre or public transport a 10min walk away (Longwood Medical or Longwood stations). The hotel was perfect for the marathon with free breakfast snacks in the morning of the race and a celebratory buffet with drinks afterwards. I would definitely stay here again.
My wife and I were attending a conference nearby and the organizers recommended the Inn at Longwood Medical. It was just right for us. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The Inn was very quiet. Price was fair, for Boston. Elevators worked well (don't laugh, they don't always at places we have stayed). Staff was professional but unobtrusive. The Inn was also collocated with restaurant and food court that could be accessed without going outside. We'll stay there again on our next trip!
Fabulous Hotel. The people at the front desk were very responsive. They gave us tea when we asked, extra towels. They had a place we could refreeze our ice packs for the trip home. Very clean. Location was perfect - just a 7 minute walk from our conference.
Exactly what I needed. Bright, clean, comfy, and a really good restaurant with a food court! Clear communication and super friendly helpful staff, Sara was especially helpful. Would definitely stay here again!
Location is perfect with convenient proximity to Mass eye and Ear and MGB. Once we got the car in the garage which is right there, we were free to go eat, walk around and see some sights. The room was great and very comfy.
I wanted to note how thoughtful Yolcie was during my stay. It is clear to me that she must deal frequently with stressed, sad, anxious folks who are going back and forth to the hospital with loved ones; and Yolcie in particular, does that with grace and deep kindness! She is very thoughtful!
The staff desire to serve in a professional manner is superb… consistent throughout the whole staff
In particular, Noah at the front desk, went beyond to support us and getting a cab
The restaurant is also a delight and a good value
Convient location, big clean room, nice restaurant and friendly staff. Angel was especially welcoming and helpful.
Angel greeted us and was so welcoming. Hope and warmth when we needed it!
My review will not be as nice as my wife who is fighting cancer.we were charged 75 dollars for early ck in so room was ready didn't have to do anything special hard to plan arrival time with Boston traffic and hold ups wasn't offered to store luggage? Other than that employees are super enjoy dinner with new friend at bar who always welcomes us and asks how everything is going.Feel bad for family with young children trying to fight this terrible disease and have to pay a early ck in fee because of trying to make appointments!!!!
This is not my first time staying here. I have stayed previously in October and again at the beginning of April. The staff is friendly and the Inn is clean and comfortable. The location in Boston is excellent for visiting colleges and your student (what I have been doing), it's also is right down the road from Fenway and surrounded by some of the best hospitals in Boston.
Great stay in comfortable, well-equipped room with great shower. Staff was very helpful and accommodating; especially Angel at the front desk.
My stay was very short as my son had a stay at Boston Children’s Hospital, hotel was clean, very convenient. Taxes and fees added a lot to the stay cost.
The bathroom sink faucet is awkward, you really can’t fit your hands under it unless you splash water on the backsplash.
The shower took forever to warm up. It was probably on for 10 minutes at the full hot setting before it got above room temperature
