Lemon water was refreshing. Breakfast was decent

Cons:

At checkout in we were given the keys to a room that was already occupied! We spent the whole trip afraid it would happen to us! The hotel itself is outdated & way overdue for renovations. The cleanliness of the room could’ve been better. There was a plumbing issue but it was resolved by maintenance. Breakfast was hot but SO overcrowded! The breakfast area is way too small.

Cost effective and Could stay again
Pros:

The property was conveniently located, about five minutes from Universal and about 20 to 25 minutes to the Disney parks. The room was much larger than expected. The staff were all very friendly. The breakfast was really good and it’s offered from 7-10am. They always have a good source of protein like sausage and bacon and they always have eggs. They also have fruit, cereal, waffles, juice, yogurt. the coffee 24 seven. If we needed anything, the staff provided that very quickly. Free parking, the total cost, and free breakfast. Clean surrounding area.

Cons:

Things we didn’t like all the property felt very minor , I think it was more so that the property is a little bit older, because we constantly saw people cleaning. When You initially walk into the property there’s a couch and it’s dirty and worn down, which made a bad first impression. The elevators were dirty on the inside consistently. There are only two mirrors the room, one in the bathroom and one next to the pullout couch however, the one next to the pullout couch does not have an outlet if you wanted to do your hair or if someone wanted to get ready there. At the end of our stay the toilet stopped filling up with water so we would have to turn the valve off and turn the valve back on in order to use the toilet. The towel hook in the bathroom was broken off. The TVs are not smart TVs so you’re unable to cast unless you bring a casting stick. They do offer buses to Universal However, they are limited and you have to walk to another hotel to get the bus. There’s a smoking area out front, I would go out every morning and There were always homeless /mentally ill people that approached me, not a huge issue but I wouldn’t let my children walk out alone.
