I love small hotel feel and friendly staff to come back to. They make it worth coming back to.

I wish they would update the carpeting, it's getting a bit gross. If they just did that, the hotel would be perfect 👌

Pros:

The best SERVICE! People nice, efficient and friendly. Price was my budget.
The beds have seen better days. Mattresses should be replaced.
The pillows should be replaced INMEDIATELY.
All rooms should have accessible electric plugs for phones and computer. Room 106B I had to crouch under the desk to have a plug. Another room on 2nd floor had an adapter on the nightstand with 2 plugs.
Felt good, secured and totally at ease.

Great weekend experiance
Pros:

I was there for the night. The staff was great; the breakfast was straightforward. The room was clean. The beach was a short walk from the hotel, and they provided beach towels. Bay Harbour is very quiet over the weekend, so overall very happy with my stay..
