Pros:

Great location and easy access to the Central Park. Surrounded by great cafes and restaurants and yet tucked away in a quiet lane. Would love to go back.

1. Personal del front desk amable y diligentes, Christopher y compañeras muy bien!
2. La cama y las almohadas

Cons:

1.El apuro a la hora de término del servicio y mala disposicion en general de los garzones del desayunador...la variedad de comida no se condice con la tarifa.
2.Piso de la habitación con marcas de humedad porque se sale el agua de la ducha

Cons:

Colazione non molto variegata, e con scelte limitate, l'accesso alla lounge è una buona idea ma in realtà c'è ben poco da bere e mangiare

Nice Hotel but far more expensive than it should be.
Cons:

I loathe the "resort charge" that is added locally in US hotels. All it does is allow them to publish a lower headline price and then add their own mandatory additional charge when you arrive.
If the hotel has a pool and provides towels then there is arguably some justification, but for a city centre hotel its just an unjustified surcharge with tax added.

Cons:

הלאוונץ לארוחות בוקר ונישנושים בשאר היום - ירוד ברמתו, לא מגוון ופשוט לא טעים.
כמו כן קבלנו, כשהגענו, חדר עם דלת לחדר סמוך בו כבר הייתה משפחה רעשנית. לא כך נוהגים במי שהזמין 8 לילות. נאלצנו להחליף חדר ולשלם עוד 700 $.

A great place to stay in the heart of everything. Lobby staff, concierge and housekeeping 5 stars
Pros:

Room on 21st floor was nice size with couch, an easy to operate shower and very comfortable bed, Gym was exceptional. Quiet as NYC hotels go.

Cons:

The dirtbags reeking of cannabis as you enter from 57th Street lounging on the chairs; no way to sugarcoat it: get them out of the internal entryways if you want to be a 4-star type property.
