The location was superb and central. Staff Service was great and place was clean.

The facilities itself while clean but was expecting to be more modern and the cupboards were creaky cannot closed properly.

I arrived late and let the hotel know to which they said okay but there was no explanation as to when their service starts such as it starts at 6 am I arrived late tired and jet lagged Tina was the staff I was trying to understand her translation and explaining my story to which she was getting frustrated and later told her manager who spike aggressively.

Cons:

６月８日（月）に出発して１０日（火）から連泊の予定でしたが７日（日）２１：００ころに予約で使用したVISAカードの不具合を知らせる連絡が入りました。日曜深夜にVISA本部に問い合わせやっと繋がり不具合について質問しましたが不具合は確認されていないとの回答がありました。関空や杭州の空港でVISAカードを使用しましたが問題なし。さてチェックインするときに１５００元のデポジットを取られました。信用されていない証。チェックアウト時VISAで払いましたが問題なく決済できました。人騒がせなVISA決済の不具合通知。呆れます。
