Slept well, despite doubts
Pros:

Despite the hotel rooms not being very soundproof - you can hear your neighbours talk, we luckily had quiet neighbours and enjoyed a good night sleep in a comfortable bed.

Cons:

Access to 2nd floor has no elevator. The location is not too nice - mostly industry and commercials in this area.
The hotel is functional, but to me was overpriced for what it provides.

It was so expensive! I have never paid before so much for such a cheap hotel. Breakfast was bad and poor, place didn’t smell well, deposit is up to $500 - sketchy people walk around (but it looks like all over this ran down town). Would not recommend at all. For that amount of money, definitely can find something better.
