Great for an overnight stay!
Pros:

Our room was spacious and clean, including the bathroom. The included breakfast had a good variety of hot and cold items and good coffee.

Cons:

The front desk wanted a photocopy of my driver's license and credit card. I wasn't crazy about this.

Got what I paid for. Would still consider staying again if a higher quality hotel not found.
Pros:

I like the location with easy walking distance to the forks and other attractions, snacks/drinks shop available at all hours, comfortable bed, ability to keep room cold and easy access to parking at a reasonable cost. Bathroom was clean with lots of hot water and pressure in shower. Room was quiet inspite of being above a major downtown street.

Cons:

The low quality of included breakfast, dated rooms and furnishings, as well as the limited number/quality of cable stations. Would consider this my go-to budget hotel if one or more of these issues were addressed.

Overall it was a decent stay but over priced for the amenities.
Pros:

The location being downtown was good

Cons:

The beds need to be updated, parking costs $12 even tho they have a parking lot and breakfast was mediocre
Value for $230 a night should be a little more accommodating.

We enjoyed the stay and will stay again in the future-
Pros:

Location was great.
Staff was very helpful and friendly.
Rooms were clean and roomy.

Cons:

The breakfast could have been better: The first day we had to wait for some items too long. Buffett style breakfast s should always be stocked well.
