Location was close to the venue I was attending. Bedding and towels were clean.
This hotel had good reviews on booking.com and so I had high expectations. Upon arrival, there was a terrible odour in the city that seeped into the hotel. Obviously, the hotel cannot control this but I researched and the smell could be from a factory nearby. So you may not want to stay here if you do not enjoy sewage smells. I then had to pay for parking which was not a private, covered or underground lot. It did not feel safe or secure. The area was very loud - lots of sirens, loud motors, fire works and live music. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and felt like a box spring, not a mattress. I did not sleep well. The hotel was outdated - it did not have charging ports in the room, had an old tub surround with mold in the caulking and leftover body hair from a previous guest had not been cleaned. Breakfast was included but there were not tons of options compared to other hotels I had stayed in. Extra “city fees” and parking fees and taxes were added on top of the guaranteed price on booking.com.
I had trouble with the tv because it was Raku and the door handle was very still. I thought I was locked in at first.

Breakfast was good. Had hot and cold items each morning. Parking was on site, easy to get into (should tell people in their write up that you can park in there while registering and there’s a small extra cost). Convenient location to get out of for downtown. Not so good for getting to because of one way streets (not their problem). Otherwise reception was friendly, housekeepers and breakfast attendant friendly/helpful. I had a great stay.
Small item: a variety of fresh fruit each day would be better than only one fruit choice.
The location is perfect. Comfortable beds. Nice breakfast. Tea/coffee all day. Super friendly and helpful staff.
Offer off kind of food was not rich - but there was enough of everything

L’hôtel est un peu défraîchi, la piscine n’était pas ouverte lors de mon séjour et le gym n’a pas de matériel de musculation.
Could have a few condiments for the oatmeal. Lots to eat otherwise.
