Pros:

O hotel tem ótimas instalações, muito bem localizado. Acho q para um 5 estrelas os funcionários podem ser mais solícitos; a limpeza dos quartos ficou um pouco a desejar e o café da manhã poderia ter mais variedades, como: pães, omeletes, bolos.

La ubicación, las instalaciones y las habitaciones son muy lindas cómodas

Cons:

Falta que tengas personal de valet para ayudar con los equipajes ya que es incómodo parar con el medio de transporte por eso sería muy necesario más personal para ayudar al huésped
