limpieza de la habitacion, no limpiaban las copas, cucharas o vasos, solicite mediante una nota dejada en mi habitacion que lo cambien por uno nuevo en vista a que no se limpio porque estaba pegajosa la cuchara sin haberla usado o la copa que use el primer dia tenia manchas de la vitamina c que coloque en la misma.
el telefono de la habitacion no me funciono, tuve que bajar hasta abajo para solicitar un servicio al cuarto.
la atención no nos pareció la atención de un hotel *****

Der Pool war mit einem tollen Blick auf den Sonnenuntergang in Buenos Aires in einer super Lage auf dem Dach gelegen.

Cons:

Mein Rucksack wurde aus Versehen in der Aufbewahrungsstelle eines anderen NH Hotels gelagert und nach 5 Stunden wurde er mir endlich ausgehändigt.
Leider habe ich 2 mails an das Hotel gesendet (lange Zeit vor meiner Ankunft im Hotel), dass ich ein Taxi zum Airport wünsche zur Abholung. Leider wurde die mail nie beantwortet, also war ich alleine zuständig, mir am Jorge Newbery Airport ein Taxi zu suchen. Da es nur eine Geldwechselstube auf dem ganzen Airport gab und die Schlange 1 km lang war, bin ich aus dem Airport hinausgegangen und habe mir eigenständig ein Taxi gesucht, das von mir 40 Euro verlangt hat.
Also kein guter Service eines gehobenen Hotels nicht zu antworten und kein Taxi zum Airport zu schicken, obwohl das Hotel auf jeden Fall Kontakt zu einem in Buenos Aires ansässigen Taxiunternehmen hat.
Als Frühstück gab es Tee, Kaffee, Orangensaft, 1 Apfel und Orange und kleine Minicroissants. Sehr dürftig dafür, dass das Frühstück im Preis inklusive ist.
Ausserdem wurde ich um 22.30 Uhr geweckt und gefragt, ob ich neue Tücher wolle und eine süße Aufmerksamkeit des Hauses, das ist eine Uhrzeit, die nicht akzeptabel ist, um Gäste zu stören.

La ubicación del hotel es buena, el lobby y recepción están impecables, da gusto entrar. El personal es amable.

1) La habitación era un poco vieja, las camas no estaban bien mantenidas, no había cobertores o frazadas extras.Pedí una a las 5 pm y la persona que lo iba a traer no llegó nunca, tuvimos que llamar a las 10 pm para que nos mandaran una. El mini refrigerador no refrigera nada, estaba todo tibio. El día siguiente que llegamos, nos demoramos en ducharnos porque los dispensadores de jabón y shampoo estaban vacíos y se demoraron en traerlos.

Très bon emplacement pour visiter Buenos Aires
Pros:

Emplacement parfait pour découvrir la ville. Petit mot de bienvenue dans la chambre avec des macarons et de l’eau. Très bonne literie.

Cons:

Les fenêtres des chambres sont plutôt petites par rapport au NH Centre Historique à quelques pas. J’aurais préféré une douche à une baignoire. Enfin la salle du petit déjeuner est au -1, cents qui n’est pas vraiment un cadre idéal. Personnel moins attentif qu’à l’autre NH

Very good Ali for money good location a couple of little niggles
Pros:

Very good central location. Exceptional staff.
Good size rooms, very comfortable.
Good selection of food for breakfast

Cons:

The rooms were quite dark and shadowy. The lighting system would take a degree to work out. No plug sockets next to the beds was disappointing. Also, the hotel did not carry sugar-free tonic and ran out of Rosada wine on the final two days.

Emplacement parfait, chambre agréable (aménagement), possibilité de prendre un pdj léger à partir de 5h du matin (pratique quand il faut partir tôt)

Dentre todas as vezes que fiquei no hotel, esta foi a mais desconfortável.

Pros:

Cuando llegue no me aclararon una tarifa del desayuno muy amablemente a través de booking al presentar esta situación me llamaron y pudimos solucionar el inconveniente. Y. Fue muy gratificante
