Perfect location
Pros:

Great location, my 70 year old mother stayed here and the room was very spacious and comfortable

No noise from the road and slept soundly

Pros:

The room was very clean and comfortable. Great view of Clifton Hill. The staff was very nice and helpful. Perfect location for walking down Clifton Hill and to the falls.

Cons:

My only complaint was the hot tub. The pool seemed clean but there was brown sludge all around the inside of the hot tub. I definitely wasn't going to use it. I was looking forward to enjoying the hot tub but that didn't happen. I checked 4 times over 2 days and it was never clean.

Nice looking Hotel , but not a four star stay,
Pros:

Close to rides, big room

Beds are not comfortable,
Front desk lady super rude at check in,

I didn’t like the off site parking one bit. I also didn’t like having to pay extra for parking when we already paid $350 to sleep there for ONE night.

This management team helped me recover my hearing aides I left a week ago..I’m from the States..he stayed in contact and mailed them to me..They aalso refused the reimbursement for it..you don’t see that kind of caring much anymore..true class thank you!!

Alcuni atleti che non avevano la stanza hanno pensato bene di lavarsi nelle piscine, rendendole inutilizzabili. Vorrei la direzione facesse attenzione a questi personaggi.

Location is amazing at the heart of all the attractions in Niagara Falls.

Great location, clean, comfortable, friendly staff
Pros:

Location is excellent. It’s across the street from the central part of the city, where many entertainment, food, and attractions are located. The falls are about 10 to 15 minute walk. Perfect for what we were looking for. The staff are very friendly; the desk agent had upgraded our room prior to arrival, which was such a nice touch and made a huge impression on my son and I. He felt like a king, which makes me a very happy customer

Cons:

The only negative is the parking. It’s a small lot that is first come first serve, and the offsite parking is a few blocks away. If you don’t need to go to your car after parking, it’s no problem. But the rate charged for offsite parking is what I would expect to pay for on-site parking

All is good except the extra payment for the river view.
Pros:

Location, walkable to the waterfall and all the recreational activities.

Cons:

I pay extra for the river view, we lived on 6 floor, however we could see nothing about river and the waterfall. Instead the room faces the noisy main st and the sounds went to very late. Highly recommend stay in city view side, it is quiet and cheaper.
