Pros:

The room was spacious and the shower was great. My kids loved the gym and the swimming pool. The location was perfect, just a 10-minute walk from the waterfalls and the bus stops to all the other attractions.

Cons:

The water in the whirlpool wasn't clean on either day. If it weren't for that, I would have given it a solid 10. The coffee maker wasn't very good—it would have worked better with a kettle, but we were still able to make tea with it.

I had a great stay and would stay again at Vittoria Hotel and Suites, staff were friendly and the room was awesome.
Pros:

It is in an excellent location right across from the go kart track, the room was very clean, breakfast was good, and staff were friendly. Also the view of the go kart track, skywheel and clifnton hill was awesome.

Cons:

Only minor things that are totally fine, were, I wish the tv had more up to date channels and the shower was able to use both the main handle hose at the same time as the rain shower.

Hôtel confortable et bien situé.
Pros:

Hôtel bien situé, chambres propres et confortables. Prés des attractions et à quelques centaines de mètres des chutes.

Cons:

Insonorisation nulle, on entend le voisin parler, comme s'il était dans notre chambre, articles de toilettes insuffisants, on était 4, il y'en avait que pour un seul, il fallait demander à la réception pour régler le problème.
Le pire à mon avis et que je n'ai jamais vu dans aucun autre hôtel que j'ai visités à travers le monde, c'est l'imposition d'une seule boisson au petit déjeuner, bien qu'on a payé cette prestation avec la réservation, vous devez choisir entre un café et un jus d'orange, ce qui est totalement absurde. Les gérants de l'hôtel doivent penser à corriger cette anomalie!!
