Would stay again! Great value
Pros:

Staff was so nice, breakfast was delicious, and it was an easy walk to the metro

Cons:

Shower drained very slow and water got warm but not hot

My stay was amazing and I will be staying at this hotel for all future trips to St. Louis. They had an amazing breakfast

I loved how it was centrally located. The property was close to restaurants as well as the airport and the neighborhood was really nice and safe. The hotel itself was beautiful!

VERY NICE HOTEL VERY CLEAN STAFF WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL. YOUNG LADY WHO CHECKED ME IN WALKED WITH ME TO DOOR TO SHOW ME WHAT WAY TO GO TO GET TO A NICE RESTAURANT SHE SUGGESTED.

It was alright. Probably won’t be back
Pros:

The location was good.
The front desk staff was awesome

Cons:

The lobby music was very loud and completely inappropriate for a relaxing lobby environment. It was rap and r &b with notations to innuendo and indecent behavior. In the lobby I had to have my 4 year olds headphones on so she didn’t ask questions as to what some “bad” words mean.

They lie about things being available or usable.

The hotel was beautiful

Cons:

I called the day before and asked about the game room cause I was bringing my daughters. I wanted to make sure it was able to be used. I told the lady I seen recent renovations were being made to the room via the website and she informed me that the game room was open. That's the only reason we chose your hotel, that and the pool. Was very upset.

Overall, had family visit and they were impressed. Now they’re wanting to book for a little getaway.
Pros:

This has always been my favorite place to stay in St.Louis. The location is ideal and I can connect to any highway very quickly. Staff are the best, enjoy seeing them every time. My room was so nice, I love staying there when available.

Cons:

Parking garage was out of order, had to park on the street. Not a big fan.
