Overall, had family visit and they were impressed. Now they’re wanting to book for a little getaway.
Pros:

This has always been my favorite place to stay in St.Louis. The location is ideal and I can connect to any highway very quickly. Staff are the best, enjoy seeing them every time. My room was so nice, I love staying there when available.

Cons:

Parking garage was out of order, had to park on the street. Not a big fan.

Great location, friendly helpful staff!
Pros:

The pool is fantastic. The outside grate was broken and our son fell through it. We made sure to tell staff but it was still broken the next night when we came down.

Cons:

Floor was sticky in the room, shower curtains were dirty and we weren’t warned about the extra charge for a rollaway bed.

Great stay!
Pros:

Everything was great! The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The bathroom was wonderful and beds very comfy. The breakfast was great with a lot of variety. The whole hotel was beautiful, but the all stars were the staff. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. They all when above and beyond.

Pros:

We stayed in August 2026. The rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable. The front desk staff were pleasant and helpful. The complimentary breakfast exceeded our expectations, with everything from a well stocked buffet of hot foods (sausage, eggs, pancakes, grits, oatmeal, biscuits, and gravy) to fresh fruit, yogurt, and pastries. There was even an omelette and waffle bar for made-to-order food. Parking was free and convenient in the covered parking garage. The pool was warm and great for our grandkids to take a swim and they enjoyed playing with the pool noodles and beach balls that were provided for the guests’ use. The location was great as our adult children were able to ride the metro downtown to the Cardinals stadium. We would definitely stay here again.

Cons:

Multiple times I could hear doors closing loudly down the hallway. Maybe there’s a way to get the doors to close more softly.

Worst hotel of my life. STAY FAR AWAY.
Pros:

Nothing. The staff were rude and almost nonexistent. There was no AC in the lobby at all. The rooms were never cleaned. Even the “new” towels we were given had stains on them.

Cons:

Everything, please read above. Our room had leaking water from the AC unit. The hotel staff stated that all they could do was clean it up and move us to a smaller room, which wasn’t an option because we wouldn’t fit. On the last day of our stay we discovered mold in our room and now we’re back home dealing with the aftermath of that. Absolutely terrible experience and will never stay there again.
