The location was PERFECT for everything we had planned to do!
There were quite a few elevators that were down for a few days as well as some closings on some parking garage entrances that we weren’t aware of until arrival.

The gentleman who makes the omelets for breakfast is a "gem." He makes the stay wonderful.
Stayed in the past
It feels like the hotel isn’t at the standard. It used to be when we’ve stayed in the past. Also, you have to drive around the corner and then go through the parking structure a while before you get to the place where you can park to get access to the hotel.
A huge shoutout to April and the amazing team! I was visiting from Texas for my birthday, and April went above and beyond to make my trip even more special. She recommended a fantastic place for my birthday dinner and even helped me find a great hookah lounge to check out.
She was so friendly, helpful, and easy to talk to. Her excellent customer service truly made me feel welcome. Thank you, April, and thank you to the entire team for making my birthday experience memorable. I truly appreciate everything you did!
I liked the cleanliness and howstaff were welcoming of us
For the cost of one night at $120 not including the booking fee of $20, it would have been nice to have room service for dinner. Instead I had to go out and eat, then park my car after a 6 hour car ride to get there.

Breakfast and location
The fact that I found a cockroach in the room. The ice machines were broke or unplugged and I had to go a long way just to get ice.
Breakfast very good, king bed was comfortable bathroom was great.
Did not clean rooms were told to call before 10 am and when we asked them to clean rooms they said the couldn’t when we asked for towels we had to go to desk for them and were told to put dirty towel in the hall and they picked them up. No sheets for pull out we had to go to desk to get them. Pull out mattress is bad sinks in middle. Didn’t even take garbage from room.
Loved how nice the staff was all around.
Hated how far the room was from the parking garage. Also hated having to go to the front desk to validate parking anytime we wanted to leave as the room, parking garage and front desk were all on separate floors.
Room was clean and comfortable, bathroom was very nice -loved the fancy shower! We really enjoyed the pool area and the delicious breakfast with so many options in the nice cafe-like breakfast area. The guy who closed the pool each night and the housekeeping staff we met were all very kind and friendly!
Hope we can make a return visit when the game room remodel is finished!
The bathroom was nice with modern amenities.
The pool was gross with improper care. We checked twice and the bugs hadn’t moved. We couldn’t even smell the chlorine. The water was murky. We had dirty towels. The whole place had a funky smell. The game room wasn’t finished despite being told that it would be.
Check-in was fast and easy. The $6/day parking fee was reasonable, the breakfast was a step above most hotel continental breakfasts, and the location was within 20 minutes of most St Louis attractions.
Our room toilet was funky. It only flushed like once an hour.
