Cleanliness. We stayed 3 nights. Room was never taken care of. Wastebaskets were overflowing when we left. Had to call the desk to get clean towels. Only 4 tissues in holder and they were not replaced. Overall not what we were used to at a Hampton Inn!

Location
The room wasn’t clean. Bathroom had stains on tile around the toilet. There was an ibuprofen pill on floor. The room smelled badly of must. When AC kicked on, it made room smell worse.
We have stayed at this location many times in the past few years. We have recently noticed a decline in the overall cleanliness of the hotel. It's starting to look run down. Our room key did not work and someone had to come to open the lock with a special key. Time for us to look for a new hotel when we visit the area.
Hotel was not clean and smelled very musty throughout.

Room was not completely cleaned- used towels from previous guest in the bathroom. Bathroom was not cleaned & carpet was not vaccumed.

Me and my partner stayed here for 5 days and the room was serviced the last day after talking to multiple staff and getting our own towels
The breakfast was fair the bacon was not cooked food was not warm enough
