The place itself is beautiful the views are amazing for the price you pay to stay there the water park should be included

Facilities were nice.

Cons:

Unit itself didn’t feel entirely clean. Fingerprints on the sliding glass doors left by previous guests, dust everywhere.

Didn’t like that they kept your keys at check in until they walked you to the “concierge” so that they could give you directions to your unit AND try to convince you to sign up for a timeshare tour

Beautiful campus, convenient location - close proximity to the heart of Gatlinburg . Friendly staff . Clean suites . Loved that there’s 3 different restaurants to choose from, especially if you’re looking for a night in after exploring all day .
