L’emplacement et la piscine

Cons:

La décoration, le mobilier, le style sont très vieux et sombres. Dommage par rapport à l’emplacement et à la vue proche de l’océan.
Le personnel est glacial, impossible d’avoir un bonjour ou un sourire.
Enfin, c’est lamentable de proposer si peu de places de parking (- de 10) pour le nombre de chambres et de clients dans l’hôtel.

A relaxing stay in a beautiful location with excellent food, friendly staff, and great value – we would happily return.
Pros:

We loved the location – it was beautiful and peaceful, with lovely sea views. The hotel was very clean, and all the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The food was of very good quality with plenty of choice at every meal, so everyone could find something they liked. We also appreciated that there were always sunbeds available by the pool, even during the day.

Cons:

The only downside was the air conditioning. Because of the hot weather, the older AC system wasn’t able to cool the rooms properly, so they were quite warm, especially at night. Apart from that, we really enjoyed our stay.

- Limpeza e simpatia dos funcionários da receção

Cons:

- No piso 3, a funcionária da limpeza pelas 9 horas da manhã a ver/ouvir conteúdos multimédia e a falar enquanto fazia o seu trabalho. Penso que não é o tipo de experiência que esperámos, quando escolhemos o vosso hotel.
