Pleasant stay overall but probably could work on the check in process a bit better.
Pros:

The property was nicer than anticipated. The pictures are what you get. The property was clean and kept up well. The pool was nice along with the gym. Staff was nice overall. Food at the restaurant is delicious for hotel food.

Cons:

Hard to communicate if you don’t know much Spanish.I didn’t like that I was double charged for my booking,but was resolved in a timely manner. I also wasn’t given any instruction on how the breakfast worked upon booking and when I asked they were clueless and said I didn’t have breakfast included with my booking. I had to get my booking info and show proof that I had it. I was only comped for one day.

An American style 5 star hotel for the price of a small hotel.
Pros:

I didn't expect much. It exceeded my expectations. It was clean, and everything was huge; big room, big bathroom, big halls, big dinning room, big lobby, big parking lot. Staff was awesome. I will booke there again if I return to Durango.

Pros:

Upscale Property finishes and decor, rooms, bedding and fixtures are modern clean and comfortable. Property is currently in the completed stages of plastering construction on the outside. Staff are is bilingual and professional. Fifteen minutes to Durango Airport check with staff unread to shuttle times.

La gestión de la reserva muy bien, por motivos personales cambie mi fecha sin problema.
El personal del hotel muy amable y servicial. La comida del restaurante todo muy bien y la atención.
La limpieza en la habitación excelente. La alberca climatizada y muy limpia.

Cons:

Solo una observación, deberían de tener mucho cuidado en que áreas pueden entrar las mascotas, ya que había una familia con un perro en el área de alberca y al día siguiente en el restaurante. En uno de los pasillos donde esta una sala de estancia, olía a perro mojado, lo cual no es muy agradable eso.
Tenia entendido que el hotel no aceptaba mascotas, y aun así, hay amenidades donde si pueden estar y otras no.
