Pros:

La experiencia fue muy positiva. Llegamos aproximadamente a las 2:00 a.m. y el proceso fue práctico y cómodo desde nuestra llegada. La ubicación del hotel es excelente, muy céntrica y estratégica para movilizarse fácilmente hacia los principales atractivos turísticos de Río de Janeiro. Literalmente sales del hotel y tienes acceso cercano a restaurantes, playa, comercio y puntos turísticos importantes.

Deseo destacar especialmente la atención del personal; todos fueron muy amables, atentos y serviciales en todo momento. El desayuno tipo buffet también fue excelente, bastante completo, práctico y de buena calidad. Me encantó especialmente el café. Un buen spt para tomar buenas fotos.

Sin duda, es una muy buena opción para hospedarse en Río por su ubicación, comodidad y atención.

Ubicación fenomenal, frente a la playa de Copacabana, y metros del arpoador e Ipanema caminando. La habitación súper cómoda y silenciosa. El desayuno delicioso, todo el personal muy amable y atento, llegamos sobre la media noche a hacer check in y super bien!. El hotel organizado y limpio, la terraza muy chévere, una vista fantástica. Después del check out, tuvieron el detalle de guardarnos las maletas sin límite de tiempo y sin costo adicional, lo cual se agradece infinitamente. En resumen, la experiencia fue maravillosa, volvería!.

Excellent location and breakfast, a bit tight for comfort.

Location was fabulous, breakfast wonderful food and helpful staff.

Cons:

It was very crammed. Our room was tiny to the extent of being almost uncomfortable. While breakfast was fabulous the room was always crowded. I got stuck in a back corner and couldn't even get out to get my food ( and I am a small person.)

Son muy estrictos con el horario de check in. Cuando llegas al hotel, hay todo: jabón, toallas; pero después de la primera noche ya no te dan o hay que pedirlos.

Essa foi minha segunda hospedagem no hotel. O local possui ótima localização, uma vista muito bonita na cobertura e boas opções de lazer/atrativos. Na minha primeira estadia tive uma experiência bastante positiva, principalmente em relação ao conforto e limpeza do quarto.

Cons:

Nesta segunda hospedagem, porém, a experiência ficou abaixo da anterior. O quarto era bem mais apertado e a limpeza não estava no mesmo padrão da primeira vez. Além disso, tive alguns problemas com formigas no quarto. Outro ponto que considero negativo é o espaço do restaurante, que achei bastante apertado, especialmente em horários de maior movimento.
