Musieliśmy o jeden dzień skrócić pobyt - bez proszenia się dostaliśmy zwrot odpowiedniej kwoty (nie jest to regułą - w Austrii mieliśmy sytuację losową - nagle zmarła teściowa i musieliśmy wracać z trasy do domu - właścicielka pencjonatu odmówiła jakiegokolwiek zwrotu, zwalając wszystko na Booking.com, co było abolutną nieprawdą). Duży parking w podziemiach hotelu - nie jest to regułą - najczęściej jest b. ciasno. Personel hotelu bardzo pomocny.

Stay somewhere else - this establishment might rake you over (like they did to us). Not worth it!!!

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS. 3 night stay over Father's Day weekend. Room was fine, nice view of the Rock. Front desk staff upon check-in was perfunctory/not welcoming and the car charger in the basement didn't work during our stay.
Our main issue is the attitude of the owner and the way they handled an issue we had during our stay. If hospitality doesn't matter and you don't mind being charged a hefty chunk of change for something breaks during your stay AND IT'S NOT YOUR FAULT - then this is the hotel for you!
What happened? My husband sat on the toilet and apparently leaned back too much - the tank snapped at the base, releasing all the water from the tank and flooding the bathroom.
The hotel handled the whole episode terribly - with NO ONE even talking with us about what had happened. They just assumed we were at fault, that we broke the toilet intentionally.
Because of the holiday weekend, the hotel was full so there was nowhere to move us that night (they suggested we could use the toilet down one floor, near the gym!). They offered another room the next day but for one more night, we decided to stay put (my husband has neurological issues so would not be able to assist packing us up and moving us, then unpacking again at the new room - it would all have been up to me). (We filled the trash can with water and flushed the toilet bowl with that - also solely up to me to do, because of my husband's handicap.)
Before we had even checked out, there was an additional $400 charge to our credit card for the broken toilet (on top of the $100 deposit on our card).
I repeat - no one asked us about the incident. They just assigned blame and cost to us. I talked with the hotel manager and she was sympathetic and said that the hotel owner issued the order to charge us for the incident. Some hospitality!
Something like this is the responsibility of the hotel. Placing blame on us was an easy default.

Room was comfortable but a few elements were rough around the edges.
Pros:

Rooms were comfortable. Location was quiet. Bathrooms had exhause vents!

Cons:

One room had a strong musty smell like there had been a water leak with potential mold. Internet stated breakfast was provided and it was not. Bathroom aspects show age, like lightly peeling paint, slightly rusty door hinges.

Comfortable beds and convenient location. Good value for your money.
Pros:

Great location, walking distance from the Embarcadero!! The beds were SO COMFORTABLE!!! Had the best sleep in a long time. There are 2 EV chargers on site. Friendly staff.

Cons:

Our AC unit was extremely loud and it made very weird sounds all thru the night so the rest of the trip we decided not to turn it on instead left the sliding door open all night. Our last night there were very loud people talking in the parking lot and since we had to leave the door open for fresh air we could hear them well past midnight. I dropped my phone on the ground next to the bed and upon looking behind the bed it was very dirty!! Lots of dust, crumbs and something dark splashed on the wall. One of the EV chargers was out of order so I was only able to charge my car once(also you have to download some weird app for payment, it’s not a ChargePoint or other well known charging company) even with the bass I would still stay here bc of the comfy beds and convenient location.
