Wouldn’t stay again
Pros:

It was clean

Cons:

We didn’t like hearing the manager and cleaning staff early in the morning, manager tried to enter our room while we were there, also said they upgraded our room when they didn’t. It was inaccurate when they said there was a patio and chairs, also had absolutely no view

It was nice and pleasant stay despite the the room not being ready when it should and front staff didn’t appear to care.
Pros:

It was clean in a nice, safe area. It was also near downtown so everything was walking distance.

Cons:

The carpet on the stairs was quite dirty and stained.

הבחור בקבלה היה חסר סבלנות אפילו קצת עוין וזה באינטרקציה בסיסית של צ׳ק אין בלי שאלות או בקשות מיוחדות מצידנו.
התחושה בגדול הייתה שנקי אבל בכל מצאנו בשתי פינות של החדר שני ג׳וקים.

Wheelchair accessible room
Pros:

Easy walking distance down to shops, art galleries and restaurants.
The description of the property was accurate. The halls and space within the room are very good for wheelchair. The bathroom had a tub/shower combination and there was a fridge in the room but no microwave. A microwave available for use near the hotel lobby.

Cons:

My friend's van has very low clearance on the side and door panels of her wheelchair accessible van. We scrapped the bottoms of the sliding doors driving in and out of the hotel's basement parking garage. There was plenty of curbspace on the streets near the hotel so we parked there for the remainder of our stay.

Ok stay.
Pros:

It is close to the Embarcadero.

Cons:

My room was in the back with no view. Felt like a penalty for booking with a third party app
I think it was a recent take over from a Comfort Inn. Needs maintenance for sure. My sliding glass door would not open. Water pressure was not good.

Overall I had a wonderful stay. I would book with Hotel Avisa again.
Pros:

The hotel was perfect distance to the Main Street where the water, eateries, shops, etc. were at. Parking was available on the lot or street. Great size room with lots of counter space and large walk in shower. Bed was comfortable as well. Staff was friendly & welcoming.

Cons:

Some parts of hotel are outdated. For example: ice maker was rusted, nothing in vending machines, carpet was older.

I loved the area we were in. We had a lovely meal at a restaurant recommended by the staff.
