Cons:

The room we were given 328 was the noisiest I had ever experienced. It was like having a jet engine at full bore outside the window. Luckily there was a room available at the front which we changed to.

The location was perfect for the purpose of my visit to Fort Lauderdale. It was very convenient and made getting to the places I needed to visit much easier.

Cons:

My main dissatisfaction was with the customer service. I was charged twice for my stay, and despite trying to contact someone to resolve the issue, I have not been able to get a response or any assistance. Being charged twice and then being unable to reach anyone to correct the situation is extremely frustrating and unacceptable.
