Would stay again. Personal very nice, clean place.
Pros:

Liked check in. Women at front desk was wonderful Nothing was too much trouble. Room was clean and serviceable. Met my needs. Would stay there again.

Cons:

While the hotel was clean, staff excellent, you could see that some areas needed new paint. other than that, the place was great.

Bensalem Quality stinks and is dirty
Pros:

Nothing especially after we walked off the elevator and the steps.

Cons:

We didn't like a lot of things once we stepped off the elevator and the stair well. The stair well had graffiti all over the walls. Not inviting. We took 2 different ways to enter the floor. The carpeting in the hallway smelled like rotten food and mold. Upon opening the door we noticed it was subpar in cleanliness. With our luggage still on the cart we decided to check out the bathroom only to notice there was soap scum on walls. The bathtub wasn't must better. At this point we booked another HOTEL. We also were double charges for our stay. Working with our bank and booking.com to be reimbursed.

Would only get a room on the bottom floor
Pros:

It was cheap and close to where we needed to be.

Cons:

The bathroom sink was completely cracked and held up with screws and plywood. The elevator looks and runs like something ripped out of a horror movie. They have a tub but you can only shower but that’s a personal preference.

I didn’t actually stay there. I checked out after about an hour because the room had a very strong, unpleasant smell.

Cons:

I’ve never experienced such a terrible smell before. It was the worst smell I’ve ever encountered.
