The hotel itself is okay. It has a good location, a nice breakfast, and clean rooms.

However, there is one major issue: the staff seem completely unmotivated, unfriendly, and unwilling to help.

A warning to anyone who is sensitive to air conditioning or ventilation systems: this hotel is designed in such a way that the ventilation cannot be completely switched off. It runs constantly, which made my stay very uncomfortable. After spending a week here, I went home feeling completely sick.

Unfortunately, despite the positive location, breakfast, and cleanliness, the unfriendly service and constant ventilation had a very negative impact on my overall experience.

Прибыли очередной раз заселяться. Мы здесь часто живем с мужем . Обнаружили на рецепции что мы выбрали случайно дату со следующего дня а не сегодня. Так как мы постоянные посетители отеля и спа
Попросили решит вопрос с изменением даты . На рецепции был сотрудник Егор , который отказал нам в помощи к большому удивлению он насмехался и с сарказмом говорил ну можете еще один номер оплатить, но этот вам не сменят . Не хотел звать администратора. Очень жаль что так произошло мы очень любим этот отель . Хотелось бы больше никогда не сталкиваться с подобным

Cons:

Studio prétendument de luxe mais à la décoration vieillissante. Durant tout mon séjour, les draps n'ont pas été changés et la poubelle n'a jamais été vidée ; on peut légitimement se demander si le personnel de ménage est passé.
Quant au petit-déjeuner, il est très cher pour un choix limité, du pain rassis et une machine à café inaccessible car en cours de nettoyage.
