Pros:

Líbila se nám poloha v blízkosti zastávky metra, vybavení hotelu pěkné, nové, postel pohodlná, jídlo skvělé.

Cons:

Bohužel se stalo, že přistýlka nebyla nově povlečená, při odkrytí deky sme zjistili, že celý gauč je chlupatý od psa!!! postel nebyla převlená.!!Stalo se tak kolem 22 hod, okamžitě sme řešili na recepci, kde byl pan recepční a slečna recepční, která byla absolutně laxní.Po 20 minutách sme volali na recepci odpovědí bylo , že o tom personál ví.Takto sme urgovali ještě 2 x cca ve 23 hod sme dostali odpověď, že slečna recepční na problému začala pracovat.!!Výsledkem bylo že nám ve 23.10 hod donesli 6 povlečených polštářů !! a 1 deku....Prostěradlo žádné..Následovalo dalších 10 min čekání , prostěradlo přinesl recepční s omluvou a bohužel z něj byl cítit alkohol, talže postel sme si museli ustlat sami.Chyby se stávají, to dokážu pochopit, ale laxní přístup personálu nikoliv!! V takovém to hotelu, za tyto peníze to člověk neočekává.Takže nemohu hotel doporučit..

Nice stay in Prague
Pros:

The room was large and comfortable. The bed was extremely comfortable. The soundproofing was excellent. I couldn’t hear anything outside or in the hallway. The breakfast had lots of options and was decent.

Cons:

There were charges for incidentals. They did not offer coffee in the room after day one. They did not provide soap for the dishwasher. All these things were available for an extra charge. At the price of the room these things should have been included.

The location was convenient, yet quiet. The bed was comfortable. The facilities were clean and well maintained.

Cons:

Although there was a dishwasher in the kitchen area of the apartment, there were no dishwasher tablets provided. Every place we’ve stayed with a dishwasher, has also provided tablets. This is not an item that a traveler would pack. To charge extra for the tablets made no sense.

výborná poloha, slabšie služby v rámci upratovania, výborné raňajky
Pros:

raňajky boli vynikajúce, veľkosť izby alebo vybavenie boli na vysokej úrovni, služby boli ale trochu slabšie, a to najmä frekvencia a kvalita upratania izby

Cons:

Pobyt trval od piatka do utorka nasledujúceho týždňa a počas neho nám ani raz nevymenili posteľnú bielizeň alebo upratali vôbec posteľ. Očakávalo by sa, že v 4-hviezdičkovom hoteli si nepôjdete pýtať vymeniť uteráky, ak odídete z izby o 11.00. Netuším, kedy chodí upratovačka, ale teda dúfam, že nie, keď sú objektívne hostia na izbe a potom už nepríde.

Das große Bad und das große Fenster mit der tollen Aussicht ist sehr schön.
Das Frühstück ist lecker und reichlich.

Cons:

Es gibt keine Möglichkeit das Fenster zu öffnen.
Die einzige Möglichkeit zu lüften geht über die Klimaanlage, die die ganze Zeit auf 21 Grad lief. Es war einfach zu warm und es gab keine Frischluft.
Ein Zimmerservice war für 3 Tage Aufenthalt nicht in Sicht, sodass wir nach Toilettenpapier unten am Empfang bitten mussten.
Im Frühstücksraum ist es leider extrem laut durch schabene Stühle und Hall.

O vacanta placuta.
Pros:

Amplasarea foarte buna. Personalul foarte placut si locatia intr-o zona foarte linistita. Poti ajunge pe jos in 10 minute la Muzeul National, ceea ce a fost foarte placut pentru noi. Micul dejun este foarte bogat chiar si pentru pretentiosi.

Cons:

Nu mi-a placut ca nu aveau frigider in camere si nici papuci de casa. Vara e mai greu sa ai bauturi reci in camera, sau o gustare pentru copii. In rest nu am nimic de reprosat.

snídaně byla průměrná, džusy instantní ale měli bezkofeinovou kávu a bezlepkový chléb a sušenku

nepříjemné bylo, že v 22.00 se po koupeli, všechna voda vylívala na podlahu do obývacího pokoje a koupelny, nestíhali jsme ždímat ručníky, asi jim praskly odpadní trubky, pan z recepce alespoň dodal ručníky

Für einen kurzen aber auch längeren Aufenthalt super geeignet. Ich würde das Hotel zu 100% empfehlen

Wir hatten ein Apartment mit insgesamt 3 Schlaf-Zimmer, die über verbindubgstüren zu einem großen Apartment wurden. In der Mitte ein Aufenthaltsraum, mit Küche und Sofa. Unglaublich groß und geräumig, sehr schick eingerichtet. Aufgefallen ist ein angenehmer frischer Geruch im Zimmer. Die Zimmer sind total ruhig. Die Betten waren sehr gut.

Cons:

Eine kurze Zimmerreinigung wäre schön gewesen, war für 3 Tage aber auch nicht schlimm. Spültabs für den Geschirrspüler fehlten.

Extremely tidy and well run hotel with comfortable beds and good shower.
Pros:

Extremely clean and tidy rooms, modern shower and plenty of plug-points as well as lamps by the bedside. Very welcoming staff and the bar-drinks were cheap for a hotel.

My only tiny thing was that the rooms don’t have Irons.
