No AC in room with 90° plus temperatures, lack of overnight parking (both nights had to call for assistance on where to park) and why is breakfast available at 8am not any earlier?
The staff was super helpful and friendly. The continental breakfast actually had choices and some snacks and drinks were available all day.
The room was super clean and updated.
There was no AC, which was not an issue but in the middle of summer it could be. It did have a ceiling fan.

The owner was very accommodating when we asked for a room with more space. It wasnt available until later that day so we stayed in the small room since we had a full day of activities planned. He was also helpful when all the parking spaces were taken and found us a place to park.
Room was super tiny
Tacky decor on outside took away from the natural beauty surrounding the hotel. Benches or chairs on "patios" were only inches away from the flow of traffic entering the hotel
No comfortable seating in the room
Breakfast was continental as expected with nowhere to sit to eat except outside and it was cold and rainy. Super tiny space to try to get in a line to pick up your food and drink items.
The kindest front desk manager ever! Gave us an upgraded room. The location is amazing to walk to water and see one of the most beautiful places in the US. Clean, welcoming, and excellent price

Room size and breakfast not as advertised. Host had lots of we’ll make it right cause we’re “family” talk but only if you stay there again. Not a chance.
