Cheiro a esgoto na piscina e dentro do hotel , piscina interior de agua quente fechada , quartos muiyo obsoletos a precisar de remodelação

Brilliant place!
Pros:

Genuinely what a brilliant place. I’ve come to realise that reading reviews can be so mixed and you should go with what you want personally out of somewhere. So I will summarise the good and the bad below:

Good (more than good!)

- Brilliant breakfast, lots of options, actual normal English like sausages. We only did breakfast so cannot comment on others.
- Massive pool with lots going on and no sunbed war as long as arriving down by 11am.
- Lovely room, our air con was faulty on arrival and they came to fix it instantly.
- Great location, 15 mins from main beach area but still had choice of bars, shops on door step. Also 15 mins walk to aqualandia and has Lidl over the road.

Bad (really honestly not that bad)

- No stairs option so lifts can be slow/busy at times
- if you like sleeping early probably not for you. Loud music finished at midnight. Is dulled by shutting balcony door. We did not care, as love a bit of an atmosphere and we went out every night too.

I would return in an instant.

Pros:

La piscina es muy grande ,para nosotros es lo que más nos gustó ,aparte de la animación y los monitores para los niños han sido geniales .
La comida muy buena ,pero por la distribución de la plancha en el medio se armaban unas colas largas ,lo que impedía el acceso a la demás comida …tenías que hacer la cola aunque no querías nada de la plancha ….

Cons:

Lo que peor llevamos es el tema de las hamacas ,aunque te decían que no se podía reservar ,había gente que dejaba la toalla todo el día en primera fila sin que estén en las hamacas ,han habido bastantes incidencias en el hotel por este tema durante la semana que estuvimos …por otro lado los colchones y las almohadas bastantes incómodas .

Absolutely amazing
Pros:

Meliá Benidorm has been the best hotel we have ever stayed in if I could rate higher I would the staff are absolutely fantastic nothing is too much trouble , Alexis on reception checked us in and out and was so friendly and helpful, the animation team are absolutely fantastic with the children , the atmosphere around the pool during the day was amazing , food was fantastic always something we liked and the location is perfect away from all the loud crowds but still close enough to everything we were up on the 12th floor and the view was amazing , thank you Meliá we will be back next year !

Un hotel dedicado a que la gente la pase relindo
Pros:

Me gustó el trato de Claudia y kao siempre dispuestas a solucionar toda clase de inconvenientes y muy amables ! También el plomero no recuerdo su nombre pero ante un problema en la ducha vino a altas horas de la noche a solucionarlo !! El personal incluido servicio doméstico 10 puntos
