La limpieza de la habitación
The hotel itself was nice staff however…few VERY rude staff members! Watch card payments and take daily photos of your mini bar! On checkout reception staff argued we had had Oreo’s and Pringles! We one million percent did not! My mum said to the guy there is a cleaner in the room next door to our room get her to go in and check. A lady came over speaking in Spanish to the guy and then they said it’s ok no charge no charge. On the transfer to the airport my mum had a notification her card had been charged for the items they accused us of having! Once home I’ve emailed several times and had no reply at all just being ignored,which is funny as before we left I had questions about the all inclusive and they replied within the hour to every email. That’s theft!
Pool area is the best bit about this hotel, it is defo in need of some refurbishment, plaster cracking in hallways, tiles coming off around skirting, rooms are OK, air conditioning works well, clean towels everyday, but bed sheets were only changed once in our 10 day stay on day 9! toiletries included, we had no shower gel from day 1, had to go and buy our own, food is always cold, never got a hot meal in 10 days, even when it was just cooked and put out! There is an OK selection of food but I would recommend not going half board, so many places around for better, warm food, staff were very friendly

My cross was stolen
El hotel, en general, está muy bien. El personal actuó con profesionalismo, especialmente Isabel en atención de habitación, Arantxa y Raúl en comedor, en todo momento dispuestos a brindar apoyo y resolución a las cuestiones que se plantearon.
Hemos hecho un reclamo por el olvido, dentro de la habitación y sobre la cama supletoria, de una camiseta del seleccionado de España, indumentaria alternativa. Nos atienden muy amablemente, pero no responden ni brindan información, a pesar que el primer reclamo lo hicimos dentro de las doce horas de habernos marchado.

The pools were nice
We stayed on level 4 and everytime we left our room it stunk of sewage, and in the heat it made you feel sick

Good location . Very clean and brilliant Pool area .Room was spacious with everything you needed .
Food was ok, but gave us all stomach ache so we stopped using the facility .
Barman was rude , accusing my daughter of getting me a drink from her all inclusive band .( It was not the case ,and was a slush puppie for gods sake ).
