Muy bien pero deben enfocarse más en la limpieza .

Cons:

La limpieza , los platos estaban sucios y deberían obligar a todos a pagar las bebidas porque cuando vas a comer no hay bebidas hasta que llega alguien a atenderte y es tardío

Pros:

Nos gusta ir al Melia, ya es el tercer año seguido, la piscina esta muy bien, esta limpio y el personal muy bien, sobretodo las chicas de la recepción.

Cons:

Llevamos tres años seguidos y este ha sido el mas flojo, hemos notado que los servicios han bajado la calidad en general (y este año ha sido el mas caro), la piscina estaba turbia, la animación no se renueva, siempre es la misma y mi hija ya se ha aburrido y el buffet este año aunque hay muchas cosas y en general está bien, en comparación con los otros años hemos notado mucha menos variedad, otros años las cenas eran temáticas; sushi, mexicano, mariscos...este año nada de eso, hamburguesas y perritos calientes de poca calidad y el resto de comidas muy repetidas, el dia de la final del mundial casi no había personal. El gimnasio y la sauna dan pena, esta todo roto (esto ya lo puse el año pasado en mi valoración y no ha cambiado nada)

Maga a szállás szép , rendezett, 20 perc sétára a parttól. De a kiszolgálás teljesen lehúzta az élményt, ezért nem menné
Pros:

Tiszta rendezett szállás, a medence vizével is elégedettek voltunk (nem túl hideg, tiszta).

Cons:

Az ételek nem túl változatosak, rendszeresen ismétlődtek. Minden nap volt egy féle hal, semmilyen más tengeri élőlény nem szerepelt az étlapon.
A személyzet hozzáállása a vendégekhez szörnyű, már azért letolást kaptunk mert mertünk két asztalt összetolni, hogy együtt tudjunk vacsorázni egy másik családdal.
A medencét este 7kor zárják, de már 18 45kor füttyögtek hogy Vége van, ne menjünk be.
Az étterem terasza felől nem lehetett kimenni a kert részbe, csak egy hatalmas kerülővel az étkező -étterem téren keresztül (pedig hely és lehetőség lett volna hogy 5 métert sétálunk csak a kertig).
Ha akartál egy kávét felvinni a szobádba, az is rendkívül körülményes volt, futottak utánunk hogy ezt így itt nem lehet, csak elviteles pohárban, ami ki se volt téve.
Az esti programok nem túl magas színvonalúak voltak.

L’emplacement la piscine et l’espace vert rien à dire

Cons:

L’état des chambres les lits , arrivée sur les lieux la chambre et la salle de bain et le balcon était degueulasse . Les peintures mur et plafonds à refaire,bref ce n’est pas un 4 étoiles . J’ai prolongé mon séjour à l’hôtel levante juste à côté et franchement il mérite leur 4 étoiles propreté chambre spacieuse. Nickel

Pros:

Lo que más nos gustó ha sido el trato y buen recibimiento por parte de todo el personal tanto en recepción por parte de Belen y Carlota y el trato de todo el equipo de animación que son maravillosos y muy profesionales contagiándonos en todo momento su alegría en especial por parte de Pablo y Mario que son con los que más hemos tratado

Cons:

Lo que no nos ha gustado nada es la bebida de refrescos post mix.

Brilliant stay, great food and pool facilities, short walk to beach
Pros:

Breakfast selections were great! Dinner was good too but definitely could do with more variety or themed sections/nights. Loved the pool facilities, lots of bars and entertainment for both kids and adults throughout the week. Every room has a balcony with table and chairs which is handy. Lidls right opposite hotel and small fridge in room too. Spacious beds and bath in my ‘double room’

Cons:

Very minimal downside during our stay was our lift didn’t work for a whole day and there was no out of order sign until the evening. Hard for anyone with little kids and prams having to use stairs.
