Nice place to stay
Pros:

I like that there is enough space there is a dishwasher. We got to see fireworks for the balcony. The pool stayed up

I didn’t like that. I had a pair extra $184 and some change because I have put on the listing that would be there between 3 AM and 5 AM and they made me pay for an extra day when I got there so I wasn’t very happy about that plus $100 deposit which I did get back the moral of the story is if that was the case we would’ve came the next day at a later time instead of having to pay a whole extra $184 that I end up having to borrow a loan from My Job just have extra money for this trip and I called the staff at 2 AM and they could’ve told me when I told him that I put that time they could’ve told me that they were gonna charge me before I drove the 4 1/2 hours to get there I would’ve just waited until the next day at the time where I wouldn’t have got charged that much

Not happy!!

I left my Garmin watch in Room 2311, where it was charging when I checked out.

I am very disappointed with how this situation was handled. I believe the staff could have done more to help, such as contacting or checking with the next guest who stayed in the room. Instead, I was only told that nothing had been found in the lost and found.

I am 100% sure that the watch was left in the room, and it appears that it was taken by either a guest or a staff member. While I understand that this cannot be confirmed, I expected a much more thorough effort to help recover my property.

What makes this even more disappointing is that I have been a loyal guest at this hotel for the past five years. I have always enjoyed staying here and trusted the hotel and its staff. Unfortunately, this experience has seriously damaged that trust and loyalty. I no longer feel that my concerns were taken seriously or that every reasonable effort was made to help me recover my watch.

Overall, I am extremely disappointed with the level of assistance I received. I expected much better service from a hotel that I have supported and returned to for so many years.
