The room is comfortable.
Pros:

The room was comfortable.

Cons:

One of the registration clerk during checkout was very rude. She was not helpful in anyway. I did not have time to stay there and argue with her, I had to go to work.

We had 2 cockroaches in our room
The hot water was warm at best
The pillows on the bed were small and uncomfortable
Water from the faucet was brown in color
Shampoo and condition bottles were practically unusable

Stay here if you absolutely have no other options!!!
Pros:

The fact that my family lives in Chinle and it was near them.

Cons:

I have so much to say.
1. First and foremost the rooms need to be deep cleaned. There were spiderwebs pretty much everywhere you looked and there were a lot of little spiders in the restroom. A ton of dust bunnies behind the tv stand and the nightstand. There were items under the bed from possibly the previous guests.
2. I’m going to take a guess but the pool and hot tub have been closed for quite some time. If they are closed all the time then they need to be taken off the list of amenities.
3. The person that checked me in needs to be trained a little more on handling issues with reservations and communicating with the guest.

Restaurant breakfast was very good.

Cons:

Room was dirty. Shower was noisy and drains were very slow. Bedding was poor and old.

Easy parking-Handicap. Walk in shower was good.

Cons:

The wall thermostat. didn't know how to operate it. Also need a ceiling fan in restroom.

Enjoyed it
Pros:

Evrything was perfect, we got in late and the ac in our assigned room was not working. I called the front desk to let them know and they immediately offered another room, i really appreciate that. They tried all the ts they could and once that didn't work we were moved.

Good place to stay
Pros:

Clean room with coffee maker, microwave, tv and the fridge.
Friendly staff, clean property, good location.
No breakfast, but you can get some snacks and cookies in the lobby.
Overall it was okay.
