Terrible place spend the night, expect no peace.
Pros:

Good location, nice front desk staff.

Cons:

Paper-thin walls and ceiling; could hear neighbors snoring and being ‘active’ throughout the night; breakfast is delivered to the rooms, staff bangs on the doors so loudly and shouts ‘breakfast’ that wakes everyone on the floor. We don’t get any sleep, never staying there again.

Das Parken kostet extra obwohl die Parkplätze sich im Hotel Gebäude befinden sowie Frühstück sehr mau, keine wirkliche Auswahl sondern es gab nur bei den Eiern nur gekochtes Ei und mehr nicht. Das Hotel ist ein gutes 3 Sterne Hotel jedoch kein 4 Sterne Hotel wie hier angepriesen. Zudem sind die Kosten deutlich zu hoch für ein eig. 3 Sterne Hotel. Für den Preis für die zwei Nächte hätten wir auch in den Nachbar Hotels mit 4 Sternen ein Zimmer bekommen.

Excellent location, clean rooms, beautiful view of the ocean, attentive staff. Don’t hesitate and book your stay here.
Pros:

The check in to check out was easy process. Our room was clean, our view was spectacular, and we had breakfast in bed.

Cons:

Not that we didn’t dislike anything, but I would recommend a microwave in the room.

Customers service . We booked our room through booking.com with suite/ sofa bed . Arriving there they said they are fully booked and we have only 1 room available and no sofa bed and I need to call booking .com. So they said they can’t help me and I was worried where to take my kids . So when I called booking .com customer service they were very helpful and talked to the receptionist at Monterey bay Inn . They apologized to me and my room was ready with sofa bed . I didn’t understand I paid for suite but they were giving me standard room and they were fully booked and suddenly after the call my room was available.
