Average stay for gardeni inn
Pros:

Adequate breakfast buffet but could use an option like waffles. Room was clean and as expected. Don't know if the room tipping QR code is fair to all the cleaners.
Restaurant's menu is mediocre at best

pool was shutdown for 3 hours during the day for chemicals. Why wouldn’t that be done over night when the pool is closed? Other than that all was well

Need security checks
Pros:

Room refrigerator kept my food frozen all week. had it on #4 to find out that froze all of my food solid.
Day 2 I turned it down to 1, no change. Food was still frozen. I couldn’t even eat my restaurant leftovers. Also, the inside door swivel lock needs to be tightened.

Lastly the back fire exit door (1st
floor; near waste dumpster) was not secured. I notified the front desk on the first night and the immediate fix was a small household screen lock which obviously wouldn’t and it didn’t work on an heavy duty door with a larger locking mechanism. The hotel is still accessible to paid guest without using a key card and those who didn’t pay. It’s a huge safety concern.

I felt safe, but crime can happen anywhere especially if opportunity exists.

Hotel is clean. $14 for breakfast. No bar.

Hot tub wasn’t really hot, we probably could’ve stayed somewhere else for less money.
Pros:

The hot tub was not very hot, so we did not use it the entirety of our stay, which is unfortunate because we were really excited about it. We were comped free breakfast and a free drink for one of the nights, and given 2000 points, which I’m pretty sure is only $20… being able to chat with the front room was pretty cool, and being able to stream a decent amount of apps on the TV was awesome.
