Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, Tee wurde täglich aufgefüllt, Frühstück war reichlich.
In der gesamten Lobby und den Fluren riecht es extrem nach Chlor.
Das Zimmer war so nah a den Aufzügen, dass man jede Bewegung des Aufzugs hörte. Tür auf, Tür zu, hoch, runter,…
Das Wasser in der Dusche was so heiß, dass man es auf ganz kalt stellen musste, um halbwegs duschen zu können und selbst dann war es noch sehr warm.
Der Innenhof war extrem laut, sodass man das Fenster nicht offen lassen konnte, aber die Klimaanlage funktionierte auch nicht richtig, sodass es extrem warm war im Zimmer.

Sehr gute Lage, für Citytrip. Zimmer sehr sauber, Frühstück sehr gut.
Im Bad hat es aus dem Abfluss gerochen. Fenster sehr schmutzig von innen und aussen.
Breakfast was the absolute best of all I've been through this trip, and most other hotels were more expensive.
The rooms are dark, relatively small. And the building itself feels outdated.
I always stay here for work trips and find the staff to be very welcoming and comfortable. The pool and gym are also very good. Rooms are great but if you’re a light sleeper request a room off the busy main road.
The busy main road is noisy if you don’t manage to get a room at the back of the hotel.
Die Auswahl beim Frühstück war klasse. Das Personal sehr, sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Alle waren bei jeder Frage an einer Lösung interessiert und haben sich sofort gekümmert.
Wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen und ins NOVOTEL fahren.
Nichts!! am Wochenende evt. ein wenig längere Öffnungszeit in der Bar.
