Super Hotel, exzellente Lage, wir kommen wieder.
Pros:

Wir sind wegen der Klima Anlage und dem Pool gekommen für eine Nacht. Da unsere Wohnung so Mega heiß wird. Es war sehr schön und wir kommen bestimmt für etwas länger wieder. Pool ist klein aber fein. Selbst gemachte Waffeln zum Frühstück sind lecker. Wasser Spender auf der Etage mit cool water und auch Sprudel Wasser war toll. Internet war einwandfrei. Personal sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Frühstück ist Verbesserungsfähig. Zb war die Melone nicht frisch bzw. überreif. Ich hätte es schön gefunden wenn die Tische eingedeckt wären. Sieht netter aus und gehört sich für ein 4 Sterne Haus meines Erachtens auch. Im Zimmer fehlen uns Haken zum aufhängen für Bademäntel (wie waren zu viert).

Absolut zufrieden
Pros:

Sehr freundliches Personal, wir waren früher da und durften schon um 14 Uhr ins Zimmer. Platz in der Tiefgarage unproblematisch vorhanden.

Cons:

Am Abreisetag fiel der Fahrstuhl aus und wir mussten 4 Etagen zu Fuß hoch. Die Klimaanlage im Zimmer kühlt gerade ausreichend, sollte aber überprüft werden

Cichy pokój, sprawna klima w największe upały, wygodne łóżko, miłe panie w restauracji śniadaniowej, mleko bez laktozy.

Cons:

Niesprawna winda, mąż zaciął się w windzie, brak prądu chwilowy w hotelu, problemy z wystawieniem faktury w ksef, nie było na śniadaniu jogurtów czy podobnych produktów fermentowanych zdrowych, taksówkarze notorycznie kilka razy dziennie nie wiedzieli gdzie nas zawieść lub skąd nas odebrać, jeden z nich odwołał nawet kurs. Myślałam, ze podanie nazwy Hotel Novotel z dokładnym adresem jak w każdym cywilizowanym miejscu wystarczy. Personel przy recepcji niczym zainteresowany, pracujący za karę, w większości, może jedna młoda pani przy wymeldowaniu byłą pomocna i w końcu zrobiła fakturę. Reszta raczej omawiali ze sobą własne sprawy śmiechy etc.
Ale szczytem wszystkiego było -co prawda to nie wina hotelu-po wyjściu w nocy z pkp pochodzimy na stanowisko Taxi i słyszymy, ze taksówkarz nie będzie nas podwoził tak blisko, że się nie opłaca. Jednym słowem mam w nocy chodzić ulicami nieznanego miasta, w życiu czegoś takiego nie przeżyłam, kierowca Bolta powiedział że Szczecin to stan umysłu i że tutaj nikomu nic się nie chce. Mój najdziwniejszy pobyt ever. Ze wszystkich w Polsce i za granicą.
