The front desk clerk was wonderful . He has great customer service skills and is super professional at his job.
We booked this hotel because I was getting a medical procedure and needed a hotel room to spend the night in case I had to return to the hospital.
At arrival we noticed that the hotel was not what we were expecting it to be, but after all we checked in and it only got worse, the hallway to the room is connected to a restaurant. We didn’t feel comfortable or safe but we checked out the inside of the room and to our surprise it smelled like cats have been staying in this room.
So we told the clerk that we could not stay due to the conditions of the hotel. He advised us to contact booking.com and notify them that he would agree to refund us for the hotel room.
I was stsfay at all I didn’t stay night because I found Roche in my bad big and Botheroom
Nothing
Room was adequate and comfortable with one queen bed with a Frig and coffee maker. The location was good since I was only staying one night to be close to my hospital appointment the next day.
Didn't have a on-site restaurant but had a convenient Mexican Restaurant & Bar next door. There was another Cafe restaurant at the back of the hotel accross the street that had reasonable priced pizzas and sandwiches. The little hotel is a diamond in the rough among several expensive hotels in the Bethesda area. For a short stay would definitely recommend this hotel. The main drawback is that it charges $20 for parking in the adjacent garage.
Nothing
The room was not clean, there were tapes on walls probably from the previous guests but they didn’t remove them. Hand marks on headboard, someone definitely got fucked while holding on headboard. The bathroom drainage was dirty with hair still there and molds in the bathroom. The elevator smell like shit. When I reported it to front desk they didn’t apologize, nothing they were nonchalant.
Nothing
Room was not very clean; room was messy with cords everywhere; bathroom very dirty; smell was bad; carpet was sticky; noise between rooms
Room was not clean
Location to where I needed to be
It was dated, dirty, and they put us upstairs in an area that was separated by a chain-link gate. The restaurant staff could be heard through the door, it was dingy, dated, and all around just poor. For 200+ dollars a night it was definitely not worth it and I would not stay there again.
The staff timely response, and location of the hotel.
Shower head is leaking, no chair in room, and have to get up to turn tv on using input button on tv to change inputs instead of using the remote control.
I need an itemized paid receipt showing how I paid. I cannot get reimbursed no help from booking.com they are awful customer service they keeep hanging up on
The location
Bugs in room and the parking. They keep charging people for parking even though they don't have any spots
FOR ME THE LOCATION WAS GREAT AS I WAS COMING IN FROM UNION SQUARE BY TRAIN FROM NY IT WAS EASY TO GET TO BY METRO AND THE PRICE ALTHOUGH HIGH WAS REASONABLE. THE LOCATION IS GREAT AS IT HAS RESTAURANTS MALLS ALL WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE FROM THE HOTEL TO METRO.
THE HOTEL ALTHOUGH CLEAN AND STAFF SUPER IT LOOKS OUTDATED AND NEEDS RENOVATIONS BADLY IT COULD BE A GREAT HOTEL WITH UPGRADES BUT I’M NOT THE OWNER JUST A GUEST IN MY OPINION IF “UPGRADED” YOU WOULD GET ALOT MORE BUSINESS OTHER THAN THAT IT WAS FINE
My room wasn’t clean and the tv was broken and I when I asked about it I was told to unplug it. I was told I couldn’t change rooms.
Location and Guapos restaurant attached.
A/C filter was clogged with dust and I had to clean it to get it to work. No bathroom fan for ventilation.
The location was the only good thing about the stay.
The room was not very clean and mattress was stained, the room had a damp smell and there was a loud noise running through the night. It was not a pleasant experience. The Booking.com listing had mentioned that there was breakfast available but when we reached the place, the staff informed that it is not offered.
