Excellent! Highly recommended!
Pros:

It was a great stay! We loved our room, breakfast was superb and staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel has a good location, with walking distance to the city centre

Cons:

The shower was too small. Other than that, everything was great!

Pros:

Funcionario Napoleão impecável no atendimento, muito prestativo e gentil a todo momento. Sr Marco na recepção e as camareiras muito atenciosos. Estacionamento excelente.
Já a funcionária Sara foi de extrema indelicadeza ao proibir o lanche que preparei para viagem pois meu esposo é diabético tipo 1 e toma insulina.Não tinha conhecimento da regra, compreendo mas a forma grosseira me causou constrangimento desnecessário. Parecia um soldado fiscalizando. Existem formas mais delicadas para se dirigir aos clientes. Na minha empresa não trabalhava.
