The room and location
There was a lot of noise on the hotel because of a group of teenagers staying there as a group. It occurred on two nights and we were not exactly sure which room the noise was coming from so we alerted the front desk on the second night as we had to be up early in the morning. My husband and I had to phone 4 times as the man on duty was dismissive and short. In the end we asked him to come to the room to hear the noise -this was at about 1:30 in the morning at this point. Finally, after we asked him to listen to the noise the loud talking and laughing stopped. We first phone around 10:30. This made our stay uncomfortable hence the low rating for comfort. The way the manager ignored the problem would be a good reason to never trust their regard for guests.

El personal es eficiente y muy bueno. Limpian las habitaciones todos los dÃas.
Habitaciones muy pequeñas y poco luminosas. La luz del baño muy oscura y el baño era con caÃda de techo (un poco claustrofóbico). Se escucha un poco el ruido de la calle. Muchos mosquitos.

Bajar y subir con las maletas medio piso por escalera. El baño mÃnimo.
Ar condicionado do quarto, que funciona de verdade. Toalhas de banho de boa qualidade. Café da manhã surpreendeu positivamente, pois esperávamos menos. Tamanho da acomodação. Funcionários atenciosos.
