The Hotel Manos Premier features a wellness center including a sauna, a steam bath and a jacuzzi (access with extra fee and upon prior reservation) and a free fitness area.

There is an extra charge of EUR 50 per person for 1 hour in private for the use of the Spa facilities upon prior reservation of the schedule.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Nulla. Unico suggerimento: presenterei un po' più di attenzione all'ambiente. Le asciugamani venivano cambiate tutte tutti i giorni, anche quelle che non riponevamo per terra. Inoltre, i saponi in bagno erano in flaconcini monouso

Pas a la hauteur de ce qui etait attendu
Pros:

Un hotel propre et du personnel très serviable.

Cons:

Pour un hôtel de ce standing, la décoration est vieillissante et les espaces aux etages très sombre. Le passage du tram fait vibrer la chambre et l’isolation est insuffisante : on entend facilement les voisins.

L’accès au spa payant n’est pas clairement indiqué. Les photos laissent penser qu’il y a une piscine, alors qu’il s’agit d’un jacuzzi. 50 € pour 1h.

Enfin, l’espace enfants est laissé à l’abandon, avec un toboggan en mauvais état et potentiellement dangereux.

Cons:

Hormis le bruit du tram et l'espace wellness qui ne semblait pas avoir été nettoyé avant nous (essuies qui trainaient) pour un coût de 50€ par heure !?), je retiens surtout un acceuil très impersonnel et un check-out sans même nous demander comment s'était passé le séjour, me répondant de façon arrogante à ma demande de correction de la facture de séjour que ce n'était pas possible, me tendant sans un regard, la carte de visite de l'hôtel pour contacter sa comptabilité. Bref, c'est bien dommage car le personnel du déjeuner et du bar étaient quant à eux sympa. En résumé, nous avons ressenti une absence totale de considération... à ce prix, c'est bien dommage.

Pros:

Personnel très gentil, la chambre était vraiment spacieuse, la litterie était super, 2 télé dans la chambre, très grande salle de bain et toilette séparé de la salle de bain.

Cons:

manquait de précision dans le nettoyage : on a trouvé des chaussures de femme derrière un rideau, un coupe-ongle sous un objet de déco...

Agréable et détendu
Pros:

L’emplacement est vraiment top. On avait une chambre avec une belle terrasse, très beau décors .

Cons:

La douche était vraiment petite. Pas assez d’espace de rangement, pour accrocher les essuies pas trop de choix. Nous n’avons pas pris de petit déjeuner ( trop cher à mon goût , 35€ par personne).
