We had to change rooms because of a broken TV and the maintenace person was very fast, polite and frinedly. The front desk took care of the issue imediatelly.
I had a reservation from Booking.com app. When I arrived I asked for the Membership we have. The front desk said that yes we had, but at the end, when we left in the morning we noticed we paid more with the membership then through the Booking.com app. But we were not informed that the price would change for higher.
I never give bad reviewes, but as a business owner, I think it is important to know what we can do better. And the only way is knowing the clients experiences. Thank you for the opportunity to provide feedback. The feeling was frustation. But I would stay again.

Friendly staff, facility is clean
$16 breakfast buffet on Sunday morning way too expensive. We don't eat that much so it would cost us $16 for a bagel and yogurt times 2 people. Went to McDonald's and ate the food in your lobby. Over heard 2 other families complain about the breakfast cost.

The location is close to everything! Very few places we went were more than 15 minutes away. The bed was comfortable, and the staff was great and very helpful. Plenty of free parking available.
I would have liked free breakfast but it wasn't a deal breaker.
The location was great. I was in between Miami and West Palm Beach.
The elevator smells because of pets. It has a dog/pet odor. Monday night the fire alarm went off and everyone had to evacuate the building. Thank goodness it was not a fire.
