We were too tired and it was after midnight, so we stayed, even though the room was rather warm.
Pros:

The beds were nice, but very high off the floor.

Cons:

The room had a musty smell. The air conditioner was unbearably stinky and moldy smelling, plus it squeaked constantly, so we couldn't use it. Snacks were available, at the entrance, for double the price of vending machines, but front desk made no mention of it ($8 for 2 snacks). When directed to the drink machine...it would not accept a credit card OR dollar bills.

Further from Airport than I thought. Just because it says "airport hotel" dies NOT mean its close. It just means they have an airport shuttle.

Great value and perfect location
Pros:

The location was perfect and they kindly organised a shuttle bus for me. The driver, Rich, was very polite. Breakfast was included so it was great value for money.

Cons:

Rooms aren’t exactly sound proof so could hear everything from the hallway.

Pros:

I like the room from and the convenience of the hotel near the airport and a breakfast lunch real good

Cons:

The front desk staff were not really customer service friendly when we did arrive it took a while for someone even to come to the front desk it was completely abandoned when trying to check in The front desk rep was in a hurry to leave because they were switching shifts it seemed like she was annoyed by all the people checking in.

Very adequate option for a comfortable night's sleep
Pros:

The room and amenities were all sufficient. Location was very good and accessible to dining and shopping options. Easy access off the highway

Cons:

Breakfast left a little to be desired. Exercise room was very small with very few pieces of equipment.

Comfortable stay
Pros:

The room was clean and had a lot of features that are great for travelers. They offered a nice breakfast. There was also a rail trail right out the door so you could get out and walk.

Cons:

While they offer a free shuttle it’s not made clear that you have to call and request it. We totally get with the price of fuel you don’t want to just run them in necessarily, but when I called the front desk to see how the shuttle ran, all they told me was they run every 30 minutes. It was only further conversation, but we found out they actually needed to be scheduled. And the front desk woman while very nice once we met her, she was kind of short and unhelpful over the phone, like I should have known.

I liked the front area of the lobby to meet with other guests.

Cons:

No towels!! Asked twice. Beds uncomfortable. Mattress need replaced. Rooms smelled moldy. Breakfast was leftover from day before. (We stayed 2 nights) for $350 for 2 nights it was not worth it!
