The pool could’ve been a little more cleaner
The location was great , the onsite restaurant, the lazy river and the breakfast!
The elevator doors close extremely quick
Great location! Walking distance to everything. Beautiful view from any location! Lazy river was good. You can also pay a little extra and use the other hotels pools.
The deep pool was not clean!

Dogs barked all night and day and I made complaint and nothing was done about it. Then I was charged over 190 dollars for breakfast and never ate at property
Everything else was great except for the beach closure. The last few days we couldn’t get in the water.
Beach closures. I know that’s not the hotels fault but we had to drive outside of town to enjoy the water which was kind of a bummer. Staying in a beautiful hotel on the beach and you can’t get in the water kind of defeats the purpose.
Right on the beach, this was clean, felt
Very high end, staff was very organized and friendly. It was our honeymoon and this trip was my first visit to Florida…..I hope to come back here for many anniversaries to come
Sometimes the elevator was a little hard to catch? That’s it, that’s all I have. (Lol)
The breakfast was great and the area was so clean nice. The rooms were very clean and loved the pools and lazy river. The location as to being able to go our to eat at night. It is great how close it is to the beach.

This place was perfect! Staff were amazing. Got us all the extra towels we need and extra bedding for the pull out within minutes of asking! Rooms were clean and cold! Breakfast was great each day and just a walk to the beach. Having fish heads bar and grill was a bonus!
Everything was clean, breakfast was probably the best ive seen at a hotel since pre 2020.
Bed was not firm enough for us. The views were obstructed for being beachfront and 4 floors up.
