Everything is nice
Location, clean and ease of access.
The water pressure in the rooms leaves a lot to be desired, hot water takes forever to get to the room, some of the staff seem a little too lose. Saying “what’s up?” As the greeting when we come to check in, just didn’t seem professional to me but it may have been a one off.
The staff was friendly and helpful. The property was clean. Continental breakfast was great everyday.

The room and property, including the pools were super clean and well maintained. Plenty of staff around to help with anything, easy access to the beach, a delicious restaurant and bar. Short walk to stores if needed as well.
This being my third stay in the last few years, I have nothing negative to say!

I like my room cold when I sleep. The room never got under 72. Just my preference.

Pool and hot tub, bars
After 5:30pm the sun drops low enough that the neighboring hotels provide shade for the pool area which makes it a lot more enjoyable. Close to the beach makes bringing the 3 kids and all their toys to the beach effortless. Waffles being available everyday instead of just on the weekend is a great change. Employees are great and willing to help.
Waterfall and the fire pit wasnt on. The urnial in men’s bathroom behind fish heads was out of order. Also fish heads ran out of bushwackers by 1pm almost everyday I was there which is wild. Hammocks were a great addition but they are funky and need some cleaning. I feel like they should have more streaming apps on the TV besides Netflix and Amazon
