I had a wonderful stay at The Park New Delhi. It’s very central to Connaught Place & access to transport. Unfortunately we were caught in the middle of the CJP protest right at our doorstep, but Mr Vijayendra & his team including security & doormen, made our stay extremely safe & comfortable. Their service & attention to detail is impeccable. The rooms are very clean; the bed, bathroom & amenities are excellent. I’ll definitely stay at The Park again when I’m back in New Delhi. Allow females to use washroom
Have some humanity.
Worst experience of my life. staff doesn't know how to talk to women. Washrooms aren't clean. I saw some cockroaches in the room as well. they don't know how to maintain dignity and are not polite at all.

"Very poor experience. The room was dirty, cleanliness was inadequate, the staff's behavior was unprofessional, the service was extremely poor, and the facilities did not meet expectations. I do not recommend this hotel."
Denying the allowance to even use the washroom despite of the existence of the Indian Sarais Act of 1867.
Get educated first.

It was a wonderful experience as we booked a small banquet for superannuation of our boss and everything has been greatvas start from venue to food location ans accessibility
The room was comfortable and very much into the city, which was very convenient
Food was good. Breakfast had a lot of variety. Location is at Janpath so centrally located and very good. Room size was also good.
Originally the room was inclusive of breakfast. Lady at reception changed the plan on her own that she is upgrading our room on complimentary basis. We were happy. BUT the TRAP was that the upgrade had BREAKFAST REMOVED!!! I just inquired about breakfast rates. She told me it would be Rs 1750 per person per day!!! So for 2 days it would be extra Rs 7000/. I was shocked and protested asking to revert back to my original plan. Than she started negotiating offering 10%, then 20% then 50% discount on breakfast. I firmly said that plan includes breakfast. I decided to escalate the matter. And suddenly she said ok breakfast is also complimentary! A big name like PARK is stooping down to such level to dupe the customers! False upgrades with hidden costs!!! And bathrooms were worst. Broken tiles and leaking water.

This was my 3rd stay at Hotel Park Delhi, and I must say this has been my most comfortable experience, thanks to Ruby at the reception.
I was travelling with my infant, and the initially allocated room had space constraints. Ruby immediately understood the concern, acknowledged it without hesitation, and arranged a room change that made our stay much more comfortable. Beyond that, she went out of her way to help us with child-related arrangements and local guidance; support that truly exceeded our expectations.
Ruby's kindness, empathy, and proactive approach reflect the true spirit of hospitality. Hotel Park Delhi is fortunate to have someone like her on the team. She genuinely deserves recognition for the exceptional guest experience she creates. Thank you, Ruby!
