Comfortable with Hot Tub Disappointment
Pros:

Comfortable, good room amenities

Cons:

Hot tub had padlock during open hours on our 1st day, also tried to use hot tub on check out day (during hot tub hours) but room key had been disabled. Called front desk and staff was a bit rude, and said we would have to bring up our room key to the office to allow us to use the hot tub.

Had to flush a few bugs/spider in the bathroom.

Spacous room nice pool and hot tubs fairly clean lots of towels provided

Water pressure and sewage smell. This was taken care of however we had to leave the room sooner than expected as the smell was terrible

Hilton Vacation Club Sedona Summit
Pros:

Make sure to book in the newer part of the complex - Mesa or Sunrise. My accommodation was in Block 10 with a view of the carpark and other apartments rather than the gardens or red rocks. Whilst large and well kitted out the suite was extremely dated (80s?) with heavy dark furniture and carpet and a strong musty smell throughout.

Great facilities. We received such a warm welcome! Jessica and Brandon are such an asset to Hilton. Polite, professional, friendly and helpful. Lovely people.

The pool and hot tub amenities were amazing! The condo lacked personality but it was super comfortable.

Cons:

Having to get a pitch to attend the Hilton Vacation Club presentation-however it was short-lived and not aggressive.
