Relaxed family stay
Pros:

Huge room, fireplace, tub, kitchen, washer dryer, close to everything but do have to drive. Lots of pools. Loved it, did not want to leave. Will come back.

There was no breakfast. Even though it was advertised they have never offered a breakfast. Which was one of the requirements for a hotel I was looking for. But overall good place pool were nice but overcrowded

Use to love this Resort
Pros:

let me just say that the first time I was here about 12 years ago, I loved the resort and unit we had and almost bought with Diamond. now that it is a HVC resort as an RCI member we were given the units that are less desirable for views and need updating. Presumably, as told by an employee, this is their tactic to use a high-pressure sales pitch by showing you the better units and what you could have if you became a HVC member. it actually did the opposite for me where once I was going to buy in, now I wouldn't. Still love the resort but not sure I like the games Hilton is doing running it..

Really comfortable stay at an affordable price.
Pros:

Enjoyed the adults only pool, and the room was extremely comfortable with everything you could hope for.

Cons:

Nothing- everything was great, though we wish there were some restaurant on site, understand why there is not.

I liked the pool and location. I was there for mother's day and the same day they sent me text about staying for 1/2 the price that I was already paying, which is just disappointing.
I live in the area and stopped in to rent the rooms, I needed 2 . If someone could have told me they had adjoining rooms (a&b), I would have selected that option instead they said I had to book online. So we got 2 rooms that were fairly close to each other.
Neither room had TV so they did comp 2 of the $25 resort fees. I found it very strange that the unworking TV's were much smaller than the alcove they were set in.
The first line is what I liked. The rest is obviously what I was disappointed in

Pros:

Location was quiet. Good amenities for price point. Easy access to town and activities.stay is very friendly.

Cons:

I didn’t like being approached to attend a 90 minute sales pitch when I checked in.
Ask to have the body lotion, which was empty in my room refilled, was told someone would bring some by. That never happened.

Can’t wait to return God willing
Pros:

Nelson went out of his way to secure a room with a view & somewhat easy accessability
for my husband’s 80th birthday.
When we arrived we met Ashley the property
manager who made sure Nelson could fulfill
our special request. She even gave my husband
a small birthday 🎂 bag with goodies
Their service was over & above what most would do🌞

Good Choice
Pros:

I stayed two nights and everything was fine. The staff was very helpful and accommodating for my late arrival. Good location near good restaurants and an easy drive to the heart of Sedona. Beautiful views.
