Great location, close to grocery stores, hiking, and downtown Sedona. Loved how spacious our 2 bedroom/bath unit was. Liked having a full kitchen, washer/dryer, and balcony. Loved the text service, where if you needed anything all you had to do was send a text. Very convenient.
Upon arrival light out above bed and fan in one room had the pull broken so that was stuck on high. Called and both were fixed. Dishwasher upper tray was broken so that every time you pulled it out to load a glass, the one side would fall down. Lotion bottle was loose and fell off wall in bathroom. One light was strobing. Heavy metal music was playing at the tranquility pool. Many little details that could easily be fixed that would make a big difference. Overall, a great place and location.
We had a 1 bedroom apartment. It had a balcony, a washer and dryer, a full kitchen, big jacuzzi tub along with a large shower, living room with fireplace. It is a time-share property as well as a rental property. They are very kind as far as the time-share goes. There was definitely no high pressure sales pitch. There was just a kind lady with a clipboard. She asked if we’d like to go to a presentation. My husband told her that we had 7 days and they were all booked. That was that. I highly recommend Hilton Vacation Club!!!

I love the spa on the edge and enjoyed sitting on the patio.
Our room was not quite ready when we got there. They had to come finish the bed and provide some missing items like paper towels and hand soap. I didn’t realize till the next morning we were also missing extra toilet paper. Plus the screen door handle was broken and I couldn’t get the dishwasher to work. Other than that it seemed clean.
I'm really happy and I think to come back pretty soon...
