Wonderful staff, great breakfast. The building smelled fresh and clean upon entering.
The only complaint I had was the air conditioner was not working properly. The room was pretty muggy.
The breakfast was just ok. The waffle is always a favorite. The coffee was good. But, the hard boiled egg, sausage and some bread or cheese or potato stick were not impressive choices. The last thing was undistinguishable. Next, I had a raisin bagel with cream cheese. That was good.
The room looked clean. The bed was comfy. I slept well. :)
Too many carbs though. Poor protein choices for me. Maybe add scrambled eggs? For $127, I expected better.
At check in, the woman was rather curt with me. No friendly greeting. Immediately told me this is non smoking facility. I said great. I'm a non smoker. She gave me a paper to sign. I asked her what a code meant. She said it's about your room. I said what about my room. She replied "just sign, and then I'll tell you." And, she added: "This is a non smoking facility." I replied, "I understand. I'm glad because I'm a non smoker."
If I'm signing a contract, I need to know and understand what I'm signing. It's also the way she said it. The tone was curt.
Then... She announced my room number loudly. If anyone was in the lobby, they would have heard. That's a security breach.
The door of closet in room 117 was removed and the marks on the frame and at the base offset the neatness of the rest of the room. Also, the bathroom has a rusty L brace showing at the base of doorway. Again, that one out of place detail makes the bathroom look "ugly." (Even though it wasn't)
The beds were very good
No pool no bacon, only hard eggs.

Strong smell of mold in bedroom, very dusty everywhere, old and damaged bathrooms, bathrooms not practical (no room to put personal items or pouches), poor lighting

We weren’t in the room two minutes and two giant cockroaches ran across the floor, the bed was uncomfortable, the shower sucked.
It was right off I95.
There was a smell in the room, the staff said the refrigerator was on defrost but did not work and there was a hole in the wall where the bathroom light cords were. Plus the tray table bottom was covered in dust.
It was pet friendly.
The room appeared cleaned , but felt humid and had a bad odor, our clothes almost felt damp after a few hours. Front desk gave us an air spray that helped a little with the smell. Bed was very hard and uncomfortable.
It’s convenience to family and friends. The breakfast is good.
First room I checked in fire alarm went off when I turned on the heat. I know it’s the summer but the room was freezing. I was able to switch rooms which was a better room and close the the elevator.

Good place for the night. Front Desk guy was very friendly and helpful. I always get there close to midnight. Grounds well lit. Breakfast, good coffee.
I like that it’s pet friendly. The breakfast is decent and the rooms are large and comfortable.
I stay at this location quite often and some rooms are better than others.
This was a very good experience! Check in was simple. The room was clean and much larger than I expected. The room was hot when we entered, but cooled very quickly, once we turned on the ac unit. I don't know if we had "neighbors" on either side, but we heard NO noise through the halls nor in the hall. As noted in several reviews, the breakfast buffet was substantial and we'll monitored. My only suggestion is that seating in the breakfast room is limited, so get there early, if you have a group of 3 or more. Overall, a big thumbs up!

There was mold on the sheer curtains in our room. Other than that it was comfy and clean.
Very outdated property. Staff was very nice but frankly it was dirty and not to standard of other properties I’ve visited across the country
