Pros:

Very nice staff. They took good care of me. The room was very clean.

Cons:

I do not like that you changed your free pet stay policy and are now charging for a pet.

Everything was good, just get new beds!
Pros:

The staff was nice and the location was convenient for traveling since 95 is visible from the parking lot.

Cons:

The bed was loud, noisy and uncomfortable. Everytime I moved I seriously thought it was thundering outside, I mean it was raining pretty hard.

The rooms are very clean.

Cons:

The property is in a sort of bad location. It was people outside fighting. The bed was stiff as a board. Do not feel like it is a $140 room

Disappointed
Pros:

Room in need of repair. Repairs made was terrible. Bad workmanship. Broken furniture, lighting and smoke detector hanging off wall. We travel south every year and won’t stay there again.

Would definitely recommend.
Pros:

The hotel was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the breakfast was very good. First pet stays for free and they had a very nice pet area. Could definitely use a little updating. The water pressure wasn't good but overall a good value.
