Great stay at an old hotel
Pros:

This hotel was exactly as expected. It is old. The aesthetic is that of an old hotel with a lot of nostalgia and reminiscent of those times which is what drew us to stay here. If you want the features of a new hotel without creaky floors and doors, do not stay here. The bed and pillows were a bit firm for our liking, but that is an individual preference. Otherwise, the stay was pleasant, we loved it.

Great Historic Hotel with Wonderful Customer Service!
Pros:

We had such a wonderful time. Hassayampa Inn excels in customer service. No matter who we encountered, they were kind and helpful and seemed to really enjoy working there. The room was lovely. The bed was very comfortable. We loved it and will return!

Pros:

A historical hotel, it has original or similar accents like dark wood trim, velvet chairs, painted tiles, etc.

Cons:

There wasn’t much water pressure but that is to be expected for 100 year old plumbing!

Very uncomfortable bed
Pros:

The location is in downtown Prescott. The hotel is very cool.

Cons:

The beds are as hard as a rock. I know it's a 100 year old hotel, but get some memory foam pads. We slept there two nights. I would not recommend it at all. Very uncomfortable.

Tout! L'histoire derrière chaque chose et l'ascenseur historique... tout dégage une aura incroyable ! L'emplacement aussi ! Près de tout à pied !

Cons:

L'accueil de la première personne derrière le bureau... pas sympathique mais un autre employé a pris la relève et il était vraiment gentil !

Pros:

Lovely stay. Hotel has really history. Live violin music in the bar leaked nicely into dining room. Good value stay and dinner. Comfortable room and bed. You should stay here, then decide if its best for every visit.

Cons:

Nothing, but I may have been lucky to find very close parking spot.

Pros:

I got extremely sick , there was definitely black mold in there, very sour smell, can see the black mold in the corners of the bathroom. For $170 worse value I ever got
