Close to Whiskey Row, but a climb back up to the hotel. Dinner on the patio was nice, but the singer guy was not really a singer as he just talked the words to the songs. He played the piano well though.
Everywhere we went in the hotel had a funky smell. The restaurant, the lobby, the rooms and hallways smelled like funky/musty almost moly. Stepping outside changed things.
Very convenient to town center.
Staff were very accommodating.
Comfy beds.
Enjoyed riding the old elevator.
Shower was small
Location and the overall experience was nice 😊
The pillows and no bottle water in the room .
The rooms are a little bit small and I understand that this is a historical site.
Food at the restaurant it's excellent.
Very centrally located to the town Square shopping and more restaurants.
The lobby is very comfortable, a good place to take a break after being in the sun.
Came up for the weekend from Phoenix, wanted to stay downtown so I picked the Inn. Easy to find, centrally located. Can walk to the courthouse square or whisky row. Numerous restaurants close by.
Unloaded in front of hotel and bell staff took bags upstairs. Parking is on the street or in a lot across the street.
Had fourth floor room facing street corner; somewhat noisy late night, quieter in the morning. Note; hotel has old time elevator which must be operated by hotel staff, but they were always handy. Room was small but clean. Bed was comfortable. Staff was probably the best we've experienced in a long time.
Had live music outside, lobby is very traditional but cozy and comfortable. Cost was a little higher than we normally pay, but worth it in my opinion. Definetly a good first time experience in Prescott.
Love the woodwork in this turn of the century landmark. Lobby is way cool, good coffee bar, restaurant and evening bar. Premiere location, 2 block off whiskey row! And pet friendly!
Overall all carpeting was fine, but need to be replaced on the staircases.
The entire property is so historically interesting. The rooms are smallish, as was probably typical for the times. You can feel the stories beyond the present time. Efforts have been made to retain the original interior with bits of modern world added as need-be.
The restaurant Peacock Room has a fantastic 20's vibe with it's Art Deco appeal.
We enjoyed this step back in time.
The property lives up to its reputation as a landmark! We were only there for one night and were not able to enjoy the ambiance in full.
The ambience. The front desk staff was excellent. Location perfect.
The workout room was dismal. For the price, there should be free breakfast.
Lovely old hotel charm.
Classic hotel. Lots of character. Friendly helpful staff. Well done
Wonderful Historic hotel. The staff was so willing to help, whether it was carrying bags or operating to elevator. The patio is lovely. Happy hour and live music was favorite. Walking the downtown was fun. So many shops and restaurants.
There wasn't much of anything to not like. The bathroom sink was very short. Kind of expected in such an old hotel.
This hotel has a way of making you feel right at home and of course the friendly staff makes it impossible not to enjoy your stay. The relaxed vibe that this place has is undeniable. Recommendations for hotels are extremely subjective so I will just say that I definitely will stay here again.
Excellent location for all events! Beautiful Inn, very clean and well maintained. Easy access to the center of town by foot! This historical Inn is absolutely breathtaking!! Second time we stayed and continues to amaze us as to how nice it is!
Very little, because it is a Historical Inn. For its age it continues to welcome you! The rooms are a bit small, but the larger rooms are for King size beds and have refrigerators. One elevator and many stairs to all floors.
A small walk from courthouse park.
The confined space in the bathroom. I almost hit my head each time I had to pee, I’m female do I sit each time.
We love this inn! It has such a historic charm to it. The rooms are quant and perfectly acceptable, despite being an old facility. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The location is perfect, just a couple of blocks from the center of town. We had an excellent breakfast in the dining room.
There is only 1 old elevator, and you need an operator to take you up and down. Otherwise, you need to be able to walk up a few flights of stairs.
Staff was exceptional! Location is awesome.
Nothing
We love the historical aspect, the location and the staff are always great and helpful. We always stay at the Hassayampa Inn when in Prescott
You have to enjoy the historical nature of the hotel which can mean smaller rooms etc. but we are fine with all of that for the charm.
