Not worth the price

Cons:

We paid €150 for 1 night and were very disappointed. Despite asking for a higher floor at the time of booking, we were given a room on the 2nd floor with windows facing directly onto an air-conditioning unit that whistled constantly, plus street noise and poor windows. When we asked to change rooms, staff claimed nothing was available — yet rooms were clearly listed on Booking.com, and a large group checked in right after us. It seems the staff member simply couldn't be bothered and wasn't honest with us. On top of that, there was mould on the walls in both the bathroom and bedroom, and there were no bathrobes or slippers. This place does not live up to a 4-star rating at all. For this price, the hotel is simply not worth the money.

Overall, I had a very pleasant stay and was happy with the hotel. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast was good.
