Das Hotel war insgesamt in Ordnung und bot einen angenehmen Aufenthalt. Die Zimmer waren sauber und funktional, und das Personal war freundlich. Auch die Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel war gut.

Cons:

Die Lage ist etwas ausserhalb des Zentrums, wodurch man für viele Aktivitäten etwas länger unterwegs ist. Vom Pool auf dem Dach waren wir zudem etwas enttäuscht, da wir uns davon mehr erwartet hätten.

A extrema simpatia e eficácia de todo o staff com quem tive o gosto de me cruzar, o conforto da cama, a temperatura do quarto, a piscina que estava com uma temperatura aceitável (não extremamente gelada como habitual em outros locais onde já estive), o pequeno almoço variado e agradável.
Um obrigada muito especial a todo staff envolvido desde a autorização para usufruir da piscina enquanto o meu quarto não estava pronto, à prontidão e incrível resolução e profissionalismo envolvido quando contactei o hotel a informar, horas após o check out, que tinha deixado alguns pertences de valor no quarto. Todo o procedimento foi feito com o maior cuidado e sempre com a máxima empatia.
Voltarei certamente. :)

Cons:

Algumas reformas deveriam ser efetuadas nos quartos, a nível de desgaste da madeira e algumas zonas específicos. A zona da piscina também poderia ter um refresh, mas a nível de qualidade-valor do hotel está mais do que aceitável, e toda a experiência agradável superou qualquer aspeto que, num todo, se torna pouco relevante.
