Pros:

Super emplacement à deux pas du douro et de la vieille ville. Très bon petit déjeuner. Le restaurant sur place. La chambre immense avec un coin salon et une très grande terrasse . La place de parking souterrain juste à côté de l'hôtel ( cependant peu de places disponibles et pas de réservation possible ).

silencioso, local bonito com referencias de design

Cons:

staff nao muito solicito e pouco amavel. No checkin nao indicaram local de cafe da manha nem elevadores. So entregaram as chaves. No checkout, ninguem perguntou se precisava de ajuda com as malas. tudo muito impessoal. No banheiro encontramos traças.

I would stay again
Pros:

Friendly and helpful staff, close to the town centre, the hotel and room were very clean, breakfast was well presented, had a good selection and tasty.

Cons:

The entrance into the underground car park was very narrow and the car parking spaces were small and difficult to get into and not very many. If the hotel had been full I don't think we would have been able to park on site

Pros:

Chambre prémium exceptionnel. Buffet petit déjeuner parfait. Emplacement idéal

Cons:

Si les 4 étoiles de cet hôtel sont parfaitement méritées, le maintien de la structure (maintenance) est un élément à ne pas laisser passer dans le temps ( rénovation peinture, enjoliveur de l'appareillage électrique usé, coup sur les structures de portes)
