Not much
The fecal stains in the toilet seat, the black curly hairs in the bathtub, the stained shower curtain that never gets changed, the stained chairs in the room you dont want to sit on. The fact they charged the wrong credit card and won't fix the issue unless I go there and Im from another province.
The pool was amazing! The staff were wonderful and the rooms and breakfast were great. Highly recommend.

Proximity to highway and walking path
Nothing
Direct access to the pool right from the room was a great bonus. The staff were wonderful, and the breakfast was delicious and filling.
The only thing I found inconvenient was the lack of a toilet brush in the bathroom. It would be helpful to have one available so guests can leave the toilet clean after use.

The lady that was checking me out was nice
I came to Winnipeg for my nephew’s first birthday. I made some requests about cleanliness and none of that was really honored. The place wasn’t filthy, but it wasn’t completely suitable for someone’s stay. When I checked in, a staff member (a young male) brought me to the room and immediately it smelled like sweaty feet/exhausted gym socks.I pointed out the odor to him, he took several sniffs and denied any odor even though it was putrid. I also noted there was mold in the ceiling and I asked, given all these findings, if he could provide me another room, he said no. It was late at night because I had arrived in the evening to Winnipeg and stopped at my family members place before checking in. So I stayed there for the night. As I was preparing for bed I noticed my throat was getting very itchy, and initially, I had an occasional cough which overnight became slightly more frequent and that was likely either due to the mold or the heap of dust/dirt/debris tucked underneath the air conditioning unit; or a combination of both. I could barely sleep that night. I got up in the morning and stayed with my sister for the day until I could find another hotel. I was meant to stay there for 4 nights. I checked out the following day. Would not recommend. I called booking regarding a refund from this hotel and I was told that they have yet to respond to booking.com regarding the accommodation. Very disappointed, awful stay.
clean comfortable room. Friendly staff
