Pros:

The staff is always polite and friendly upon arrival, checking in and checking out. They have a wonderful hot tub 😀

Not realiable And expensive for the price.
Cons:

We stayed in this hotel for one night in our travel to Edmonton from Ontario. The place is ok. The thing we dont like here is that my friend left his charger and headphones in our Room when we check out And we dont realize. We try to contact them and ask a favor If they could ship it to us And we will pay for whatever the cost but unfortunately this Hotel doesnt allow lost And found item to be ship to the Owner. We are so devastated as the earphone was quiet expensive. So my advice to traveller, please always check your belongings before check out. Double check the Room And dont leave important things or else you cannot TaKe them anymore unless you Go back to this Hotel.

It was a great and one of a kind stay! We love the spa tub, t’was our favorite part of the facilities! Superb!
Pros:

Accessibility, facilities, convenience! It’s the best!

Cons:

The cooler inside the bedroom is not cooling enough unlike the cooler in the living room. It got so hot Middle of the night so we need to slide the door open in order for the cold temp coming from the living room to come into the bedroom (King deluxe with separated living & dining room through sliding door)

We were contented. It was nice that there is a fresh co and dollarama nearby as well as superstore.
Pros:

The place is near stores and grocery. It is also in the main road.
